Wind Ready

Wind Ready

I would most likely be aging myself if I started ranting about the hot pink and purple wind breaker I had when I was young.  There was this whole thing about being protected against the wind that made its way into fashion the form of pants and jackets, and I just want to say that that was a *moment*.  Apparently, that moment is kind of making a comeback since I’m feeling pretty wind protected today!

My Fave!

Every month, I wait with bated breath for the latest Amitomo gacha release at Kustom9.  I’m never disappointed by the colourful offerings, and this month is no exception.  People often ask me if I’m paid to review them, or if I’m given these gachas, but I can solemnly swear that I am not.  I REALLY do love them and pay my own Lindens to get them.  I always play them with the bargain hunter mentality – as few plays as possible, and see what happens.  In just three pulls (I SWEAR!) I got the rare hair, this cool purple dress and the awesome jacket (sized for Maitreya) to go over all.  At just 69L per pull, you’ll inevitably walk away with something that you can make an outfit out of for very little dough.

  1. sooo back in the day I had a black satin windbreaker, with the Synchronicity (the Police… Sting of course) stripes on the back. lol In high school I had a green one that was the school colors. 😛
