It was one of those nights out like I hadn’t had in a long while. Summer in the south means even the nights are hot, but not nearly as sweltering as the day. Just about any excuse to get out and take your mind of the heat after the sun has gone down is welcome. Street racing is a popular pass-time, and it brings with it an exciting atmosphere where one can socialize after dark. Afterward there’s always a favorite dive bar where everyone is welcome, even if you don’t drink, and people play pool all night long even though the table hasn’t been level in years. It was fun to get dressed up, and get out of the house for a reason that didn’t include grocery shopping. To see, and be seen.

From the moment I put this dress on I felt like a sexy goth pinup ghoul, like it was made just for me. Depending on the lighting this sexy dress from Eternal Limited has the look of satin, latex, or leather. The purple flames on the skirt remind me of the custom paint jobs you see on vintage hot rods, and for me that is just icing on an already delicious cake. Because of the hip-high slits on either side of the dress I felt more comfortable wearing it like a long top with cute black skinny pants.
