What do you get when a demon and a goddess walk into an evening garden party?  Who knows, but I can tell you that my good friend RJ and I had an excellent time dancing, eating and casting spells.  Isn’t that what everyone does at mystical night garden parties?

MIIX it up

The MIIX event is back with another round this month, and there’s another fun free hunt!  If you join the Hype events group for free, you can hunt down all the little ancient Egyptian urns because they contain free gifts for both guys and gals!  I got my dress (sized for Maitreya, Belleza and Slink), necklace and sandals there (though there are also tattoos and bracelets…) and RJ got his shirt, tank top (sized for Gianni, Geralt, Jake and Slink) and sandals there too!  You’ll have a blast searching out the gifts, because I know I sure did!

Last Minute Weekend Get-a-way

I decided to go on a weekend trip to do some special shopping! Now that I’m back at my hotel, I am trying on all the lovely things I found. SL17B is ending this weekend (July 12th), so it’s your last chance to grab all of the amazing gifts at Second Life’s 17th Anniversary. In addition to the great gifts at SL17B, I snatched up some awesome gifts and lucky letter prizes over at Selene Creations. Their VIP group is currently free to join for a temporary period. Who’s down with NPP? Yeah, you know me!

Yes, I did just in fact take you right back to 1991! Now those who know the song can click HERE and those who have no idea what that just was.. click that link anyways and enjoy an early 90’s jam! I’ve been playing my favorite hits from the ’90s for most of the day while I’ve been hard at work staying lazy. ^^ This lovely resort had an amazing breakfast that served some Kiwi Cheesecake, well I can’t say they suggested I take the whole cake and run like a crazy woman on the walking paths back to my little resort rental… but I did it anyway!

While the sun was up I and after the kiwis were consumed it was time to go relax in the pool, thankfully I got there just in time because the swimming class was just ending and I wanted to hang out alone. Sadly the photo guy thought it would be a cute shot but I wasn’t feeling it after all that cheesecake was making it feel like there were about 4 bricks in my tummy. *Note to self* Don’t consume an entire cheesecake of any kind alone!

I do have to say I am feeling FREE this Pink Cream Pie Melly Tank a billion times over! The tank comes with a color hud that gives you quite a few options. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere

The cheesecake hit me about noon and it was time for floaties, thankfully Chez Moi has this adorable heart floaty FREE with their update group *which is FREE* available this month! I am sitting on the Free Heart Floaty Group Gift from their Free Update Group, but you can see their Double Heart Floaty Group Discount Gift in the background, (that group has a L$200 Join Fee) which was very comfortable in supporting my wading body as I relaxed in the pool.
