Day Dream

Can you believe it’s already the middle of January? Before you know it, there’s going to be Spring flowers and rain showers and pollen everywhere. Until then we can only dream of spring. However… don’t day dream too long… those awesome January group gifts are only two weeks from turning into February gifts.

ChicModa has a lovely group gift out for us until the 3oth. This is the “Penny Sweater Dress”. I know it says ‘dress’ but I was a bit more comfortable wearing it as a tunic sweater. But for you sassy gals, ‘Penny” has a HUD for a matching pair of panties. The details are beautiful and the texture is perfect. I foresee many cozy days in my new sweater.

Wishing Away the Snow

Because I’m currently hiding from all things cold, I’ve decided to go for something a bit different to show you today, my dearest Fab Free readers! I’m imagining a garden, where all the snow is melting away, and the trees are ready to flower. Throw in a warm breeze or two for good measure, and you’ll catch my wavelength.

A Few Treasures

A whole bunch of great home goods stores have gotten together to open up a giant extravaganza called Home Whimsy. I headed over there to check out the festivities, and was happily surprised with a free hunt! At Tylar’s Treasures, I found three free hunt items, including crocuses peeking out from snow, a gorgeous Sakura tree, and a sweet little jug fountain. To find them, just click on the hint givers (which are behind you when you land) and look for mini balloons in each store. There’s a lot more to find at Home Whimsy, so have some fun with it!

Spring is coming? Maybe?
