Daily Routine…

I’ve gotten back on track (after some medication interactions) and I’m back to my daily workout routine. When I get out of bed, I hop on the spinner. Unfortunately, I lose my workout buddy every time because her doggie hearing hates the beeping as I set the machine to the right setting. After my time on the bike, I get ready for work and arrive early to start part two of my workout. I meet a coworker who also had some health issues and we work out, sometimes together but mostly I usually walk/jog as he does weights and circuit training. The ultimate goal… to get fit and live a much healthier life.

Gym wear…
