I just wanted fairy lights…

Hey there FabFree! I’m coming to you late in the evening, half asleep with my freebie news today as I have been fighting with my pre-lit Christmas Tree all day.  I thought it was going to be a simple little thing to get the lights off and put the new teeny fairy lights on… but no…  they are all weaved into the branches and clipped on!  I have no idea who was paid to install the lights into that tree, but I sure hope they were paid well because they did a fabulous job.

I was completely inspired by this sparkly shiny dress by Seniha to teleport over to 1920’s New York and frolic with the flappers.  This silver party dress is a great little number for a fun night on the town, or even a hot date!  The detailing is quite superb, and the different shades of silver on the sequins gives a high level of visual interest.  The Amishar Dress is completely free at Seniha designs.  Just join their group for free, and pick up the dress in store.  There are also a few other lovely gifts on the wall for you to check out.

Princess Vibes

Cotton Candy Sweet N’ Low

Hello hello Fab Free’rs! Thanks for being here. I’m excited to share more of the fantastic gifts available at FaMeshed and the coveted TRUTH group gift for the month of November.  Since I have several things I want to tell you about, I’ll keep this part short and sweet. I hope you love these great gifts as much as I do!

TRUTH the Whole Truth and Nothing But the Truth

Several days ago TRUTH sent out the group gift for November. Though it was a little late coming, the gift was well worth the wait. It’s also worth the one time join fee of 350 linden for the TRUTH VIP group. Each month a new group gift is sent out through the TRUTH VIP group. This long style is called Ginevra, and it is a fatpack. In addition to all the color huds, there are 2 versions of the hairstyle; One with the headband and one without. The gift also contains a style hud for both versions that lets you pick between 4 style variations, and 2 bang syles.  Additionally you can adjust for larger chest sizes. Needless to say, if you haven’t joined the TRUTH VIP group yet, you should!

Completely FaMeshed

Now, you may recall I showed the FaMeshed gift from Vinyl in my last post. Now I’ve picked 3 more to share with you. First, the top and matching pants are the FREE group gift at FaMeshed from COCO. I love the little details of this set, like the un-tucked side of the tank top.  You could also wear the top or pants separately.

Next up, the snowflake earrings by RealEvil Industries are gorgeous. You’ll find them FREE (just wear your FaMeshed tag) under the Christmas Tree at FaMeshed. There’s nothing about them I don’t like. They even have the added detail of looking like real earrings in the back. The little gold snowflakes with the diamond chip in the center are beautiful on. They are the sort of jewelry that can be worn with casual attire as well as formal.

Finally, I think the FREE necklace gift from Cae at FaMeshed is so cute for the holiday season. The gift includes a short and a long version of the same necklace. I wore both in the photo to show the difference in the lengths. The necklaces are sizable and include a hud for changing the metal of the jewelry, the color of the gemstone, and the wording on the little medallion. The medallion can say either “Naughty” or “Nice” I think I’m a bit of both, so I chose to wear one of each!

Oh my goodness, hasn’t this been an amazing week of shopping and gift-getting? Thank goodness SL offers an endless supply of 24-hour coffee shops so we can always find a caffeine pick-me-up to keep us going. 😆

The only thing I love more than December Advent calendars is December Advent calendars that don’t expire after one day! You know, sometimes Real Life happens, and you can’t get in-world one day so you end up missing out on a really amazing gift.

Two Birds on a Fence

Hello there, Fabulouses and Happy Saturday!  In the midst of a quiet morning walk, Ripley and I paused to listen to chirping and trills from two feathered friends perched on a rustic fence in the Oh Deer sim.  What a lovely start to our day!

Casual Comfort

My warm Shoulder Sweater from Beck was a 50L Marketplace find that coordinated beautifully with the swirled pattern on my pants.  Its long sleeves and tight knit sheltered me from the chill in the air, while its one-shoulder-bare style added a touch of playfulness.  The sweater itself was comfortably loose, but featured a hemline that fit my waist snugly.  Designed specifically for the Maitreya mesh body, this pullover is a terrific addition to my winter wardrobe.

Reindeer Games

You know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen….

But I bet you don’t recall, the most frustrating reindeer of all. Meet Vexen.  He can be a bit annoying, but he truly means well. And he heard someone was looking for a reindeer to pull her sleigh. As long as she can put up with Vexen’s “personality quirks” , he will make a good driver of her winter carriage.
