Hello hello Fab Free’rs! I’m not sure if I am excited or a little disappointed that the month is already half over and Halloween is a mere 2 weeks away. I genuinely enjoy this time of year, and I hate to see it fly by so quickly. That said, all the more reason to enjoy every minute that remains! Little Bones, Letis Tattoo, and Petite Mort have all set out gorgeous FREE group gifts recently. Without a shadow of doubt these gifts are among my favorite of the October gifts I’ve come across thus far. I’m sure you’ll enjoy them as much as I do.
Starting from top to bottom, this pretty strait hairstyle is the most recent group gift at Little Bones. The Dion hair at Little Bones is a full fatpack of hair colors, and has some unique features. This simple yet elegant style also includes a hud that allows you to change the way the hair lays. You can set the style to be over both shoulders, over one shoulder on either side, or behind both shoulders. Additionally the hud is scripted with additional animations that make your avatar appear to be touching or playing with his or her hair. It really is well done and a fun playful addition. Next up, the whimsical sugar skull style face-paint is a recent group gift from Letis Tattoo. Aside from the obvious artistry and imagination of the sugar skull face, I love the culture and legend behind the imagery.  Not to mention this sort of face can be worn with any sort of outfit and not betray the spirit of Dia De Los Muertos. My personal favorite part of this look saved for last, this beautiful dress is the October group gift at Petite Mort. There isn’t anything about this dark elegant dress that I don’t like. The skirt has a look of stars peeking through clouds in the night, and even the bodice has a faint delicate pattern. Once again I find myself using the word whimsical to describe the gifts in this post. The gift is FREE to all Petite Mort group members. The group has a one time join fee of 75 lindens. This dress alone is well worth the join fee in my opinion. The gift comes in standard mesh sizes, as well as a fit for Slink Physique, Slink Hourglass, and Maitreya Lara.
