Hi there Fabulous Readers 🙂 Today I am showing off one of the three new group gifts that you can pick up at the shiny new Miss Chelsea location after you join their inworld group.  All three group gifts are very cute, but I usually like to dedicate one outfit per post, so I’m displaying the Leia Outfit this time…  Which is a one piece long T-shirt and denim shorts combo.  The short come with a texture change hud too, so you can switch up your colours a few different ways.  This outfit is compatible with Slink, Belleza and Maitreya mesh bodies.

I should also mention the pose I used in  my photo today, because I picked it up in a set for 10L! Le Poppycock also moved to a new location (what’s up with everyone moving lately? lol), and they have a re-opening offer that is open to everyone.  The I Love Myself Selfie pose pack that comes with the cell phone and a few poses is just 10L, which is a super inexpensive price!  It is a lot of fun for profile pictures too – so pick it up!

I found a nifty “New To Me” design for us today: The Beautiful Ones. I stumbled across them and was delighted to see this super cute short dress was the free group gift for August. This is ‘Sue’ and it comes in the standard sizes S-L as well as appliers for Belleza Venus, Maitreya, and SLink Hourglas and Physique.  This dress is also available in several other colors for regular price but the stunning turquois is a group member exclusive color. The Beautiful Ones group is a tiny little 25L to join but there are a ton of past gifts available. Hitting The Books

It’s back to school time again!  The time of year when most kids sulk that their summer fun and sleep in days are over, but parents jump for joy!  As a Mom (and with a risk of dating myself :/), usually I jump for joy…  however this year I have one headed off to post secondary school away from home.  What a bittersweet experience that is!

Anyways, speaking of back to school…  Three are just a few more days left in the FabFree Back To School Photo Challenge!  Of course I can’t participate in the sweet linden prizes, but I wanted to participate in the challenge itself – just for the fun!

Greetings FabFree Readers.

Welcome to the weekend at last. Time to get into something more casual and go explore our virtual world. I found this stylish outfit for free at Prism for Men as the August Group Gift. This is the ‘Jeremy’ jacket, shirt and pants set. The jacket and shirt are one piece while the dark jeans are separate. The jeans come in the standard Mesh sizes XS-L and the jacket/shirt is sized at S-L with two FitMesh versions. Along with two alpha layers versions, everyone should be able to find their proper fit. I found this outfit to be perfect for wandering our more urban corners of the Grid.

Make Me

I’m feeling lazy this morning so I stayed in for a soak. Luckily I have the perfect hunt if you don’t feel like teleporting around to different shops. Have you tried the Marketplace Hunt yet? I found this gorgeous bodysuit from Alpha Female that I had to share with you. It’s called “Make Me” and after putting it on, you certainly can’t make me take it off this morning 😉

Good Morning Fabulous Fans! The end of summer isn’t far off, but there’s still time to participate in some super hunts.

Too tired to actually run around in Second Life? You might want to try the Marketplace Hunt. It takes place entirely on the Marketplace. You just have to look through each online store to find the item that’s only L$5. With 44 stops, that’s a lot of very reasonable shopping.

I love road trip movies, so I’m planning to go out on the Open Highway Hunt. It’s a tiny little hunt with only nine stops, so it should only take about an hour.

End of Summer

Hello FabFree!

Summer is winding down now but the days are still hot and I don’t want to wear anything but cool shorts and tops. But you still want to start wearing those soft rustic shades of Fall. That’s why the “Indian Summer” hunt from Ghee is the perfect answer. Ms. Love mentioned this hunt in her post here so I had to go check it out. And I was not disappointed.  You’ll find thirty nine little spice jars hidden all over priced at 10L to 25L.  Now the jars are not numbered but each one is named for a different spice so we can keep track of them. You’ll find tops, dresses, shoes, shorts, jewelry and accessories all in one of three end-of-summer shades.

I picked the “lace trim belted shorts” in ivory and paired them with the ‘Indian Summer blouse’ in taupe and the ‘Indian Summer’ sandals in ivory. The “Swirl” necklace and earrings also come in ivory, taupe and chilli ( a soft rusty red)

The clothing pieces come in the standard mesh sizes XXS-L and several pieces come with appliers for Belleza, Maitreya and SLink. The sandals all are for SLink flat feet.

Let The Sunshine In

The sun came out again!  That of course, is fantastic news and it inspired me to put on a little splash of yellow.

Lucky for me, Le’La Design just put out this adorable Korasia Dress as a free group gift and fulfilled my sunshiney destiny.  The chunky denim texture combined with the yellow buttons and bows was just too adorable for me to pass up.  The Korasia Dress group gift is available in plenty of fitmesh sizes and mesh body size fits for Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza.  At Le’La Design, the group is free to join and there are several other group offers to take advantage of.
