Catching The Last Bus To Friday!

January started the New Year with a bang and it is going to end in a flurry of great clothes hunting as the Menstuff hunt begins anew. It’s kind of like January came in like a lion and is going out like a slightly bigger lion! If that isn’t enough to put a smile on your face, then the free shoes round-up coming tomorrow surely will. January will go down as a great month to be a guy on SL.

Hawker’s House is a quality men’s clothing store, so it’s a shame I have not had the occasion to mention it much in my posts. They have made very nice clothing and deserve some special attention. When I popped by to pick up this month’s free group gift at the store, I was pleased to see it was the Men’s Mesh Dress Vest and Slacks – Gainsboro. Its light, informal look has the slightly-rumpled casual look which I love wearing. (In my real life, “casual” means I wear my tie looser and let my collar flap freely in the breeze. Put yo’ hood up, Orange County!) The Gainsboro consists of a white shirt, a black tie and the matching vest and slacks. Each of the items are separate pieces of Mesh and come in five sizes to make fitting easier. The textures are well done and the complete outfit is quite stylish. Hawker’s House‘s group joiner is free, so pick this up and give it a try. I bet you will like it as much as I do!

The eyes I chose to wear with this outfit are a prize from The Fresh Start hunt. Inkheart is offering this attractive light green pair of eyes called the Reverie Eyes in Hope as their hunt prize. They look great with the light gray in the vest and slacks! The hunt object you are looking for is a yellow star. When you are in the store, tap the hunt poster for a hint as to where you might find it.
