A little trick-or-treating with Skel-Calle, at Havenhollow.

BOO!

Did I scare you? I’m sorry if I did. Honestly, I am just trying to un-scare myself, and what better way to do that then to scare all of you Fabbies. You see, I decided to go trick-or-treating early, and ended up falling through a trap door in the woods, into a maze-like dungeon that I barely escaped, only to stumble out into a graveyard…where it was raining! I know right. The things you go through to get a little candy, but they told me the house giving away the biggest chocolate bar was in there. Luckily for me, and for you bargain lovers, I had put my costume together with a great freebie, and cheapie, and looked great while all of this was going on.

First of all, I know you are eyeing up my cute dress and tights. Those of you familiar with G Field, know that every Halloween, there is always a fun outfit put out as a free gift, and my skeleton bib dress and matching tights are what you can get this year. The dress is mesh, in the standard sizes, and also comes with flat chested versions. The tights are on system layers, as well as having an applier hud included for SLink and Maitreya. If you are in the G Field subscribo group, you probably already have this in your inventory, however, if you aren’t, or your IM’s capped (like mine did) you can head over to the store, and there is a nice little display with this gift, for free, for everyone, as well as past Halloween outfits, also still free.

Wanting to add a little more red to my almost monotone costume, I lucked out while wandering around the The Nightmare Event, when I found the Alice Project’s booth. They have gory Halloween versions of  5 of their  hairs. For a small L$50, you will get a limited 5 colour pack of your choice of these now blood-soaked Halloween Massacre versions. I went with the sweet ponitailed Kumi, totally turned creepy with the blood. If blood is not what you are looking for, they do have the nice clean versions of all of the same hairs there for you too, set at their usual price. But come on…how can you say no to blood soaked hair in October! LOL.

Now, I did mention that before my scary ordeal,  I had started out trick-or-treating. The cute candy bucket I am holding, as well as the handy flashlight, are both free gifts from this years Havenhollow set up. It’s a fun little neighbourhood for kids and adults of all ages where you can go door to door and if you are lucky, the kind residents will give you candy, and this year, it is actually hosted on an LEA sim, which is Linden Endowment for the Arts (hooray for that). Just beware of the cute, costumed, little girl by the entrance to the woods, she is the one to give you the flashlight so you can venture into the darkness, and then you know what happens…trap door, dungeon…yeah…scare fest! As this is an all ages sim, the candy bucket and flashlight both come in multiple sizes, so they should fit most hands. This build only sticks around for the Halloween season, and then it will be gone for another year. So set your windlight to region default, turn up your sounds, and explore!

OK, I think I have managed to come down from my scare, the candy from trick-or-treating has helped, I won’t lie. LOL. So that is it for me for now, but you know I will be back, I can’t stay away from all of you…or the great freebies and deals. So, until the next time, TTFN!
