I’ve found some really cute 1L$ items on Marketplace to share with you! The super cute skull shirt I’m wearing is a from Parkes Modas and my jeans are from Oddi Dots!
Hello Fabulouses 🙂 I was asked yesterday…. “Love Trill, how do you find these freebies?”, and after blogging free gifts in Second Life for three years, it has just sort of become a routine for me to check for freebies in my usual spots and I don’t really think about “how to” anymore – it’s just natural. I sat down and thought about it and the truth is, I find them in a wide variety of places such as reader tips, designer contact, inworld store groups, The FabFree inworld group and subscribomatics. There are far too many freebie finding places to list them all, but one of my favourite places to scour for new gifts and deals is the FabFree Flickr Pool.

Any residents of Second Life with a flickr account can add items to the photo pool whether they are a blogger, or an avid shopper. We even allow designers to drop photos in. Basically as long as there is an under 75L item credited to the photo and it’s family friendly it is fair game for the pool, but please check the information for a complete set of rules for posting.
Readers: View approx. 80 thousand+ photos submitted by Second Life residents to find free and inexpensive items in SL.
Bloggers & Flickr Bloggers: Submit your photos to the pool – it’s a great way to share news of freebies and even get some fresh eyes on your blog or flickr feed
Designers: Submit your photos to the pool for a free advertising opportunity – even vendor ads are ok – just remember the items need to be family friendly and under 75L.

Speaking of the FabFree Flickr Pool… As I was snooping through the photos, I found news of a complete 3L outfit that I wanted to share with you! The Geo Knit Dress and Short Boots (also includes the leggings) are both available in the Orange*Pekoe Marketplace store for 1L and 2L each. These are in their wearable demo orange colour, but I think it is more of a cupcakey peach and is completely adorable inworld. You can wear these boots with or without the socks, but I am not sure why you would take these cuties off lol.
