Delicately Delphine

I hope you have all had or are having a great weekend everyone! Its been busy busy in the Omizu household so I’ve been slacking a little with blogging! Yikes! But Im back now to show you some great new gifts and freebies!

Lumae have released their September gifts and if you love their skins or you are looking to experiment with new ones, this is going to be a treat for you. Their newest skin Delphine was released about 2 weeks ago and their new gifts is a version of this really pretty skin with a really beautiful deep purple eyeshadow. Lumiya Rae, the owner of Lumae, has always been super generous with her gifts at her stores and this time is no exception. Her gift is the skin in all 8 tones, but the tones are seperated in to three parts.. Tones 2, 4, 6 and 8 are in the free group gift for her store group, Tones 1 and 5 are the free group gift for the SL Free’s and Offers group. Both of these are found at the Lumae mainstore .. Lastly the Tones 3 and 7 are their new free gift at the FabFree HQ! I think this is a really fun idea and there is a tone to suit everyone.. be sure you collect them all!

The Skins each come with a light brow and a dark brow options and is the medium cleavage versions of the skins. There is a Loud Mouth applier for each tone but there are no other appliers included, however you can buy these seperately at a very reasonable price at the mainstore. Below you can see all the tones together!

You might notice my avatar shape looks a little different in these pictures, this is because I am wearing the Lena Perky Mesh Body by Kitties Lair. This is a new Mesh Body to me. I have been tempted by the other bodies available but as I prefer a more curvy, fuller shape, they have yet to strike a chord with me even when making adjustments to my shape to try to make them more curvy. The Lena Mesh Body comes in two options.. Perky and Lush. Below you can see the difference between the two. Bear in mind they are fitted mesh and will adapt to your own shape. I already have quite a curvy system shape so this is accentuated in the mesh body. Out of the two, my preference for general wear will be the Perky one but you can get demos so you can trial them with your own shape to see which you prefer!

In the picture above, on the Left is my shape worn with the Lena Perky Mesh Body and on the right is my shape worn with the Lena Lush Mesh Body.

On this picture above, I am wearing the Delphine Shape that comes with the Lumae gifts. This is a much more slender shape so you can see the difference that it makes on the two mesh bodies. The Lena bodies are compatible with SLink hands and feet and they also work with the Omega Appliers system for both skins and clothing. The Lena Mesh Bodies are NOT free but I thought they were worth covering as mesh bodies seem to be quite the hot topic at the moment and I thought someone might be interested!

The lingerie I am wearing in the pictures above is also by Lumae and is called Delicate. It is available in 3 tones for L$75 per tone and comes with system layers that you can wear on the regular Second Life avatar as well as a HUD that offers Omega, SLink, WowMeh, Phat Azz, Lola, Lush and Puffy appliers! So pretty much everyone is covered! Also it comes with a Petites version!

The Petite skin I am wearing is called Una and is also by Lumae. You can find it in all eight tones at the Genre event which is especially for Petites this month! Nothing is over L$100 so if you love Petites be sure to pay the event a visit before it closes very soon! A quick word of caution though, you will need to have a modifyable version of Yabusaka’s Petite Mesh Avatar to be able to wear these skins as they use the Omega Appliers System. If you have the Fallen Gods or Al Vulo Petite Avatar, you will not be able to use these as you are unable to change anything about the avatars.
