Trampoline fun quickie…Woohoo!

So, this Is going to be the quickest quickie ever, because as far as I can tell, you only have until midnight tonight to grab the most fun pose prop ever!

This is the Trampoline Fun pose prop from Something New Poses, and it is all yours for only L$10 if you run your little booties down to the final hours of the Boys VS Girls Cart Sale. There are 5 different, super fun poses built into this baby. The sale started July 12, but I only just found it today, and despite the super small time window left to grab the trampoline, I had to show it to you. If there is time, take a look at all the other booths too, as each of them have at least 1 L$10 item for sale, and some even have a freebie.

More Ice Cream Please!

Hi Fabulouses!  You know what I have done far too much this summer?  Eat ice cream… I can’t help myself…  There this this new flavour called Birthday Cake Oreo and it’s got to be the most perfect ice cream flavour ever!  It appears I can’t get enough of ice cream inworld either because today I did the Minnie’s Soul 2 Soul Ice Sundae Hunt.  I ran around all over the place picking up MORE ICE CREAM!  How it works is…  you join the inworld group – which is free…  Then you hunt around the sim and inside the shop to find 11 little pink sundae hunt icons.  Pick them up for free and you’ll have a ton of summery items both for women and men too!

In this photo,  I am displaying the Denim Tunic Dress, Women’s Sneakers and Summer Sunglasses which are all free prizes for the hunt.  This hunt is active until the 31st so you have a few days to finish, but it won’t take you more than 20 minutes or so!

Gorean Feathers

 

Recently it was pointed out to me that in my last few posts I’ve been wearing very little clothing. After a second of thought, I laughingly agreed. It seems “less is more” has been my accidental theme for the week. So today, I decided to continue with the tradition, and show off a little Gorean style gear I picked up at the current round of The Fantasy Room.

Seriously, I love fantasy fashion in Second Life. I love fashion of all kinds, don’t get me wrong, but there is a special place in my wild little heart that loves fantasy themed or inspired looks. For those like me, The Fantasy Room is an amazing event where you can pick up incredible items at a discounted price for the duration of the event. If I had unlimited funds, I’d grab up everything there!

Really enjoying the jewel tones of the feathers in my Fantasy Room haul, I was uber excited to get a notice about the latest group gift from The Sugar Garden. Right now VIP members can pick up a very pretty set of eyes from the VIP Penthouse. The eyes almost have a water-color look to them, which I think is quite striking. Don’t forget that a group tag is required to enter the room!

Before I give you the break down, I want to tell you about this outfit I picked up from Sweet Lies Original at The Fantasy Room. This fun and feathery ensemble includes so many pieces. For just $50 lindens you get scripted and non-scripted anklets, bracelets, the feathered skirt, ear-ornaments (not pictured), hair-ornaments (not pictured), the bra top and matching thong, not to mention appliers for Lolas Tango and Phat Azz. That is awesome! In addition to my outfit from Sweet Lies, I couldn’t resist the Nativa set from Luas, also at The Fantasy Room. This set is just $50 lindens as well, and it includes a beautiful ear-cuff and face-chain set. To complete the look, and because I couldn’t resist the gacha, I tried my luck and got these cute purple flat sandal boots by Una. All in all, I really like this look a lot. I hope you do too!

Calle’s FabFree Photo Submission – July “O’Canada”

I have to admit, it took me quite awhile to come up with my submission for the Monthly Photo Challenge, especially as I had already done a post to celebrate Canada Day at the beginning of the month, wearing my country’s colours. Oh sure, I could have submitted one of those pictures, but I wanted to do some pictures specifically for the challenge. So here it is.

So, this oh-so-sexy halter dress was a find on the Marketplace! I typed in ‘red white dress’, LOL, and this was one of the many items that popped up. The Furry Circle Halter Dress is from LA VITA, and is a great buy at only L$1. It is mesh, coming in 5 standard sizes, from XXS-L, and it fits like a dream. There is an in-world store HERE if you like the more hands on approach of shopping, and the Halter Dress is still, only L$1 there as well.

Sunglasses were a must, in this sunny coastal setting,  and the [ bubble ] Star Me Up White Glasses fit the bill perfectly. These adorable sunglasses are available right now, in a gacha at the Candy Shop event, and are only L$50 a play. Each pair comes with a HUD that allows you change the colour of the lenses, and there is a chance at winning the full fatpack. I’ve included a photo of the board so you can see all the colours you have a chance at winning.

Elephante poses recently released a second July group gift, free for their VIP group members, which is a set of 6 static poses called Ember. There is a L$300 join fee for this group, but if you are a pose junky, like I am, then it is more than worth it As I said, this is the second July group gift released, and the first is still available as well, and you also get a 15% credit with every purchase made in store with your group tag on. If you do not have the group space, don’t fret, there is a subscribo available, which also has a little giftie available for July.  So either way, you win!

The quest fur cover, for furries and humans alike! (Part 2!)

RAWR! Hey fabbies! I am back again to show off more fuzzy goodness with the quest fur cover hunt! You can find my first post, which contains the starting location, as well as the first few gifts [HERE]! This hunt is a bit different from what we normally show off and is more geared towards the furry residents in SL! almost all of the gifts in this FREE hunt are compatible with humans and furries alike.
