A few of my favourite things….

Who says you need clothes to show off great accessories? Not me, that’s for sure, and when they are as awesome as what I am wearing, well…I want them to have all the attention.

Now, I know a lot of you shoe lovers out there are drooling over these gorgeous, leather platforms that I am wearing. Don’t fret, I will tell you how to get them. The Callisto -Slingback Platform Heels in Burgundy Leather with materials enabled, for the SLink Mid feet, are a current free group gift for the SLF&O’s group, which is free to join, and they are from [L.Warwick]. Lindsey Warwick, the oh-so generous owner/creator of [L.Warwick] changed things up a little with these though, she has hidden them away in her store. So you will have to get your best Sherlock hat on, and do a little hunting. Here’s a little hint, heat always rises, and these shoes sure are HOT! LOL. Don’t forget to grab the other SLF&O’s group gifts while you are there, Pru showed you 2 of them, HERE and HERE, and there is a third pair which are classy purple pumps.

The gorgeous earrings, peeking from behind my hair, are also a SLF&O’s group gift, from Zuri Rayna, and are the Moon Earrings in Pewter and Green Abalone. They really do look just like pale green moons dangling from my ears. Again, these are free for group members, and the slurl I’ve provided should take you right to them, as they are a little tricky to find.

OK, I confess, I am not just wearing shoes and earrings, so this is not a nudie pic. We are a family friendly blog here after all 🙂 I just really wanted to make sure to showcase what was really important…and that is shoes and jewelry, 2 of my favourite things! You Can’t Catch Me …

I promised some more from the Sweet Treats Hunt and it seems I may have found a couple of sweet little guys to help me out with showing you this amazing prize from Laney’s…

I really love how versatile the Cuppycake Swimwear Ensemble is from Laney’s , with the choice of full bathing suit or bikini and a wrap skirt that can be worn with either or even with something else! The swimwear set also comes with appliers for Tangos and Phat Azz which is a bonus! I think the “Donut Worry Be Happy” headband and ring from Buttery Toast really adds the perfect sweetness. This set also comes with donut earrings but my hair is covering it! Trust me they are adorable!

I also couldnt resist reshowing the gorgeous Cloud Wings by Cila that were shown in an earlier guest post by Eloen Maerdrym. I am a sucker for a great pair of wings and these leave me on Cloud 9 ~grins at the cheesey pun~

The Wash Cart Sale: Demotik

Hey fabbies! Hope you’re enjoying your Thursday, and if not, well let’s help you hang in there with some cute fashion, shall we?
So, the cart sale is still going strong, and I have another cart to show you today! The other bloggers have been doing an amazing job showing off the goodies, and now it’s my turn! Demotik has quite a few items out on their cart including: Nails, shoes, and cute little tops, and all for just $L10 or under!

I am totally loving Demotik‘s boots at this sale! I have on the qq pair in the photo above, but for just $L10 each you can also pick up “Skull candy” and “red velvet” versons of these! These are 100% unrigged mesh, and the shine, which is provided by materials, not a baked on texture, is to die for!

This super fun and summery top is the Dotty dark tank top, another item from Demotik‘s cart! This comes in 3 different styles at the sale, and for such a great price, can you resist them all?

Finally, Demotik has several great sets of nails on their cart! The ones I have on are called “Ziggy blacks”, which also come in white tips as well. Each pack includes a myriad of colours, and includes appliers for both your fingers and your toes! There are a multitude of other nail packs waiting for you!

Sweet Treats for Everyone

Hey everyone! Today I thought I would show you some of the mouth watering prizes you can find in the Sweet Treats Hunt! The Hunt runs until the 15th July so you still have plenty of time to snag these cute and adorable things. I will be showing you a few more prizes over the coming days so be sure to check back!

There are 36 stores participating, with each prize costing L$1 to purchase and you are looking for a little chocolate wrapped sweet. The starting point for the hunt is at Soul Designs Studio and you can find the Candy Dots outfit in the pictures below, which is their prize for the hunt!

I thought I would take a close up picture so you can see the adorable detail in the Toast Necklace that is one of three versions in the new group gift by Buttery Toast. You can also see the Butterfly Cookie Hair Pin by Eversong Wedding & Events that is one of the prizes in the hunt.

It might be a litle difficult to see the detail in the Yummy Cupcake Nails by Nail Me! that is another of the prizes in the Sweet Treats Hunt, so here is a picture of the HUD so you can see how cute the nails are!
