Happy Mother’s Day Weekend! To my Mom and all the mom’s out there, thank you….thank you for your love, support, kindness and courage in those darker days.  Thank you for your heart, your soul, your friendship, your humor, your intelligence and your cooking.

Fabulous design Kyra Ishtari of Serendipity Designs generously created a free living room set for her group members ($75L group join fee).  The Serendipity Designs Store Wide Hunt runs from May 1-31 with 10 Hydrangea hidden throughout the store, each containing a piece of the Summer Blues Set.  Find all the hunt items and you have a new living room set perfect to celebrate Mom’s day and beyond.  The Summer Blues Set is a wash of soft tranquil blues with rich creamy white sofa and love seat, appointed with mother of pearl lamps and candlesticks, Tiffany blue trunk serving as a coffee table, whitewashed hall bench with abstract blue flowers, and a vintage painting of a mother and daughter on a summer day.  Serendipity Design has very nice quality items and Ms. Ishtari has great attention to detail including filling the end tables cabinets with hidden books, camera, pillows, vases and other decorative items.  You don’t want to miss out on this beachy elegant living room set, and while at Serendipity Designs don’t forget to pick up past group gifts under the staircase.  Taxi please…

Fixing My Monday Mood with Free Gifts!

Hiya Fabulouses! It’s been one of those Mondays, let me tell you lol, but when I got home from RL work and logged into SL to find sweet group gifts from Just Darling, Luziefee and Pure Poison, it sure changed my mood!

At Just Darling, when you join their free inworld group you can pick up several free group gifts (mostly gowns and dresses) including the mesh Cherish Dress which was just placed out this weekend as a group gift for Mother’s Day.  It is still available today, but I have no idea if it is a limited gift or not, so act quickly if you’d like to snag this pretty little dress!

My Tina Slink  (for the flat feet!) Add-on Sandals are the latest free group gift at Pure Poison, freshly put out today to their VIPs – available both at the store, and in the group notices.  This group is still free to join with a TON of gifts at the landing point.

Strolling in Venice

Hello all! I’m so excited to be joining this team of fabulous bloggers on FabFree. As Love said, I’ve been following this blog almost as long as it has been around, and my too-full inventory is proof of that, *grins*, but there is always room for more!!

Alrighty, let’s get down to why we are all here…..the lovely mesh Venice Dress that is the current free group gift from Hilly Haalan.

I am a big fan of designs that are classic and easy to accessorize. This dress is exactly that, and as an added bonus, it comes with a HUD that gives you a total of 8 different textures to choose from, as seen below (although SL was playing it’s usual games with me, so I was unable to get pictures of the 2 striped options. One is black and white stripes, and the other is navy blue and white stripes). It is mesh, and is available in the 5 standard sizes.

To get this lovely dress, you just have to go down to the shop and join the group, which is free to join, and click on the board in front of the desk. Now, for those of you who might be full in the group area, you can also find this on the MP [HERE]  for L$10. While I like free more, knowing how hard it can be to free up a group slot, L$10 is still a great deal.
