Clear A Couple of Group Spaces, Ladies!

Hey fabulouses! SL is very finicky for me tonight, and I was afraid to snap pictures, but managed to get a couple shots with minimal crashing! The vibrant colors of my outfit today inspired me to visit the Metropolis Sim, which is a very well put together cityscape, perfect for hanging out, meeting people – or like I did today… photography! Some people dress for the day ahead, but in SL my day is determined by the way I dress lol 🙂

I am wearing the latest free group gift at Prism called Chelsea by Journey – Batik. This gift includes the capris and matching mesh top in several sizes, as well as lola tango appliers for those partaking in the meshy bewbage. Izzie’s, Lazuri and Essenz..oh my!

Greetings!

It’s one of those days where I just want to cozy up in a comfy chair and bury my nose in a great book. So today I rummaged around my inventory and found all sorts of treasures from my latest shopping excursions. My Izzie’s Belted Dress is a combination of mesh and non-mesh pieces and the belt has a color change option in the HUD. This dress came in one of two clearance boxes, FILLED with all sorts of Izzie’s goodies, for only 10L each! I haven’t even scratched the surface of what is in those boxes! I see poses, clothing, hand bags, satchels, jewelry and Holiday items…the list goes on and on and only 10L for the whole shebang! Make sure you pick up both boxes, located in the foyer at the entrance, because they both have different items in them…what treasures to be found!
My gorgeous Touch of Stone Jewelry set is only one of several FREE jewelry items from Lazuri! You’ll find some of the FREE (no group required) Lazuri jewelry items at the Main Store on the first floor near the group gifts (250L group join) and more on the second floor! This Touch of Stone set comes with two different types of Fuschia stone options and metal change options! My absolutely adorable Baby Black Kite is a FREE gift from 8f8 and comes with an option to have it static on your shoulder, rotating around you or rezzed and rotating.

My stunning skin, Hanako T2 Aka, was a gift from the skin artist behind Adam n Eve (AE), Sachi Vixen. One of the things I have always loved about AE skins is that Sachi details each skin from top to bottom by hand…speaking of which…her skins are known for having the best “bottom” in SL! Her skins are truly a work of art…NO templates here…100% original.

The particular skin gifted to me came with delicious ruby red lips but I opted to use a Light Peachy Lipgloss from Esk-Imo. The lip gloss is an old gift and no longer available…but you will find FREE eyeliner at the landing point and reasonably priced (150L and under) makeup tattoos in the makeup room. I topped the lipgloss off with Izzie’s Glossy Lips Highlights, from the Marketplace,…NOT free (149L) but ohhhhhhhhhh so worth it…what a difference it makes to the lips! Yum!
Love sent me these fabulous Athens (Pink) gacha shoes, from Essenz…she knows I ADORE all things pink! These shoes are available as a gacha item (75L per play) at the The Comic Fair. Thank you Love!

What would a trip to a bookstore be without this cute little [POSH] Book Purse (Alice in Wonderland )for only 10L, from [POSH], on the Marketplace!

Once I had my outfit all sorted out, I headed for a cozy little place called the Novel Cafe. I found this sweet bookstore/cafe as a result of a wonderful conversation with one of our amazing FabFree readers…Macey. Macey is the creator behind this charming little bookstore/cafe and has done a lovely job at making a comfy place to curl up with a good book and a latte. Be sure to venture out beyond the Bookstore/Cafe…there are other things to also discover and explore there!
