Hiya Fabulouses!  I thought for a change of pace, today I would snap a picture of you 😀 –  SAY CHEESE!  lol  Actually I was just at the beautiful Bitacora Sim hanging out and checking out the scenery and this fun pose by Captivity Poses was all set up, just waiting for me to hop on and take a photo!

The sweet frilly frock I am wearing today is the latest group gift at Glitterati By Sapphire.  It is a partial mesh creation and is just one of the hundreds and hundreds of group gifts that you can pick up at their shop after joining their inworld group for 50L.  They have VIP specials too!  To complete my outfit, I added the C&C Samara Necklace & Earrings which were 10L each in the C&C marketplace store.

I believe that skins are something of a personal preference for most people in SL, and I am no exception. There’s so much to consider when getting a skin: shape, skin tone, eye color, brow types and color, lip color. I’ll admit that it is pretty difficult for me to find a skin I really really like in SL, and when i do, I almost never take it off (Even more so now due to mesh  feet that requires you to match them to the skins). The ratio of skin to clothes in my inventory is probably about 1 to 800. lol. So I thought it was my lucky day when I came upon ::mar::CS store while doing the Homeless Hunt. The Katina skin (left) is the gift from the hunt. It has a beautiful face, with just the right skin tone for me, as well a nice touch of pink lips…I’m absolutely in love with it! The hunt gift even came with a copy and mod shape you can tweak to your liking…how awesome is that! The equally beautiful skin shown on the right is the Lolita skin, which you can get from store’s group gift.

Zebra & Spikes!

Have you ever put on clothes and then wondered, “Where the heck did I get that?!”

That’s what happened today, I generally keep a file called “New clothes not worn” (that’s how I make sure new items don’t get lost in the vortex that I call my inventory), Anyhow, I put on a black dress and saw that it was from MoiMoi. Now that store sounded familiar only because recently Xantheanne had posted accessories from it here. While I love the dress I had on and wanted to show it, when I got to the store, I realized that while it was made by MoiMoi, I may have gotten it from a hunt or event and it was not in the store. BUT, my jaw dropped when I saw what freebies they DID have and I snatched that pair of heels right up!

Then I decided to take my friend Del’s advice and head on over to The Black Fair. This week you have seen the Fabulous FabFree bloggers show other items but what I was looking for was the zebra and black mesh dress from  [trs] and the rings from Maxi Gossamer.

It was still a busy event traffic wise, so be prepared, and all three of those links will take you to one central landing point. From there I suggest using area search for the specific store, or there is also a large map nearby if you’d rather choose that method. If you noticed I don’t look quite like myself, its because I stopped by The Dressing Room FUSION to pick up discounted skin by one of my favorite skin makers, Essences.

Good afternoon fabulistas (it’s like fashionista and fabul- never mind..)!

The Horror! has a new group gift out! It’s this extremely summery crop top and I love it to bits. The group is free to join and Horror pops out a new gift every month so stick around!

My cute frilly shorts are a 25L$ gacha prize from Rhuude and I just so happened to snag these rare ones on my first try! Also from Rhuude is my infinity-anchor hip tattoo which is available to pick up instore as a freebie.

To match the little owl on my shorts, I have a friend with me! This plushie owl is one of the new group gifts at Birdy. The store just moved locations so there are a couple of new gifts out for you to swipe up. The Brooke skin I was so passionate about is still available but also available is a pack of eyeliners which look very cool if your skin just needs a little oomph.

Finally, any of you lovely people fans of Game of Thrones? Well my ‘Winter is coming’ bracelet is a subscribo gift from Handverk and it comes in male and female versions!
