I am taking a quick break from showing The Finding FabFree Hunt to show you some more fabulous free finds around the grid! The mesh Annie Skirt is available in the subscribo and group notices of Blueberry and I picked up this adorable Irene Top at Maai in a pack of a few colours for free! The necklace I am wearing is one of my favourite finding FabFree Hunt prizes so far, and is the Samedi Necklace from Bliensen + MaiTai.
The skin I am in today is the latest group gift at Filthy Skins and is available in four skin tones, with and without cleavage options. The group is 199L to join, but they have fantastic monthly gifts for both men and women.
My eyes are available for free as a group gift at IKON for a limited time until 8PM SLT on Monday night. The Kaleido Eyes are the latest releases at IKON and you can get two pairs for free (Day & Night) by joining the free group.
Fabulously Free are celebrating 5 years! We all know how time feels in SL. Days can seem like weeks, weeks like months and years like a life time so this is a huge achievement!
I know I am the newest writer on the block but I have been reading FabFree for at least 3 of those 5 years and have always been eager to see the newest freebie finds and reading all about new designers. I have had my favourite writers, ones that have been an inspiration to me to try my hand at blogging and I am so honoured to now be part of the family here. I only hope I can help to carry on the blog for another 5 year and more! Who knows what will be going on in here by then!
Here are the gifts numbered from 41 – 60 in the Finding FabFree Hunt. There are some really amazing items that I know you are all going to love. Remember there are male gifts too, just us girls have passed those on to Kyle to blog seperately so those will be coming up soon aswell as the final half of the hunt! I hope you are all having fun!
Renee has shown the first 1-20 Finding FabFree gifts, and I will be showing you 21-40 in this post, and Trinket will be up next with 41-60 and Kyle with the men’s items.. First however, In Renee’s introductory post to the Finding FabFree Hunt, she said ” I’ve told you my “Finding FabFree” story. How did you Find FabFree?”, and I thought this would be an excellent time to share my early experiences with Fabulously Free in SL 🙂
I joined SL in March of 2010, arriving with a group of friends from another game, and I was fortunate to have a couple of friends who were here a few weeks before hand and were able to hook me up with some (what I thought was) decent stuff. Like most noobs of that era, I wore the likes of strappy bling shoes and strutted around quite pleased with my sparkly self. After three glorious months of giggling insanely over “the thriller dance on command” (it is still kind of funny after 2 years lol), and looking like a TOTAL noob, I met a friend who introduced me to the Fabulously Free in SL blog. The first blog I read was a post done by Carson about Garden of Dreams. Since reading that first post, I scanned the blog every day picking up the things the FabFree Bloggers said were must haves and I never thought I’d be lucky enough to be the one writing at Fabulously Free myself a year later! That’s my story – what’s yours?
The Finding FabFree hunt began a few days ago. I’ve been exhausted and haven’t been able to devote time to blogging the hunt yet and all the other FabFree writers are waiting on me. *sorry* Hopefully these pictures make up for it! We’ve decided to showcase the hunt in sections. Here are the first 20 Fabulous gifts!!!
