Monsters In My Closet

This new VIP group  gift at AURA will have you convinced that you have monsters in your closet too!  The mesh Bunneh Hoodie was placed out for inworld AURA members today and a little Tyr birdie told me there is another group gift coming out later this week!  Currently the AURA VIP group is 1100L to join and I know that seems like a lot for a group, but you have to go check out the gift wall to see what is available.  There is a gorgeous skin, and a ton of clothing peices to mix and match.

The mesh denim hot pants I have on are a Depraved Summer Love Hunt gift from 22769 Casual Couture.  Have a look around the store for the floral icon and this is what you’ll find inside!

  1. Any store that uses spellings like “bunneh” will never get a single L$ from me…..what is the thinking there, um, let’s see…….”We’re on the internet so let’s be as totally retarded as we can be, and above all…..jump on every idiotic trend that comes along”? But then……oh never mind. Renee, feel free to ban me from commenting here if wordpress gives you that power. But jeez, “bunneh”?

  2. Well it could be that the designer isn’t fluent in the English language and is accidentally misspelling the word. Also, it is common for people to misspell words for added effect. A satiric misspelling is an intentional misspelling of a word, phrase or name for a rhetorical purpose. It also is popular in advertising to misspell words in order to grab the buyer’s attention (which in this case worked). This type of inventive spelling occurs in many languages besides English.

  3. Hi Stag, you are welcome to the freedom of your opinion here, as am I when I say that Tyr Rozenblum, the designer of AURA is a very talented and intelligent individual who also holds the freedom to name her designs whatever she feels fit, for whatever reason. Of course you choose where your Lindens go or don’t go, but there really is no need to be publicly harsh. Search her inworld and IM her with your concerns. She will know why she used “Bunneh” instead of “Bunny”.

  4. I wonder why stag won\’t shop there because of a name ?What concerns me much more is the 1100 L group fee which i find out outrageously high , and yes i know it is to the owner to dicide the amought but really 1100 L !
That would be my reason to not shop there , with the economy and ppl having less to spend a lil more social awareness would be a nice way to adress this .Shops are closing here in a rapide speed so it’s really a sign.

Also pls ladies , i can\’t have a mesh viewer on my pc and am sure more ppl can\’t , is it posible to have more nice goodies that arn\’t mesh ? Or atleast some balance of of now , i also realize that the designers are busy making mesh clothing because of the viewer but lots of us won\’t be able to wear it and maybe not ever when you have an older pc to work with.
Anyway thanks and i do like the blog ( beside the mesh then )

  5. Quite frankly, I’m more annoyed with the first comment’s use of the term “retarded” than I am with “bunneh.” One is a bit overly cute, the other is offensive to a lot of people. Also, the join fee? I have paid to join a lot of groups and that still does strike me as quite high. In any event, I love the blog and that’s the important thing. Thanks to all the FF bloggers. 🙂
