God of Thunder

Find your very own hammer and (the rest of the costume) on the Steam 6 Hunt at 22769 Casual Couture. The Thunder Costume is a tribute to everyone’s favorite Thunder God. The costume includes the leather tunic, pants, belt and the hammer. I found the Strapped Boots the other day on the Battle Fairy cart at The Wash Cart Sale and hoped I would find a good use for them. I had to find the perfect hair for this costume and I found what I was looking for at Calico Ingmann Creations. I purchased the Garik Dark Blonde Hair Pack for $200L. It comes with a color change hud that will let you choose from ten shades.

Seeing Green

With March having just begun, so many of our wonderful designers in Second Life are putting out St. Patrick’s Day themed gifts.  We’ll be seeing a lot of green this month, I am sure of it 🙂  At Ashli Designs, group members can now go instore and pick up the St. Patrick’s Dollarbie which is the shamrock adorned dress in the photo that also includes the gloves.  Just a heads up, the group is 50L to join.

MOCK sent out the Crash Time eShadow to group members (250L to join) last week and I have been looking for something perfect to wear it with – this dress was perfect with the same hues of green and teal.  You can find this eyeshadow in the previous notices of the MOCK group.

If you like the romantic beehive ponytail hair I am wearing, you’ll be excited to know that the Evora hair in Brunette/Copper is currently free on Marketplace until March 25th.  I also wanted to mention, that the Alli & Ali hairs that I have been posting about are modifiable… so you can play with the colours a bit if this is not your usual shade in the edit menu. (Just make a copy first!!)

Kickin It In Heels

Some call it soccer, some call it football, but who doesn’t love the game…

You can pick up this Sporty Pink Outfit, perfect for a day out on the SL soccer field,  that includes the dress, socks, and matching heeled boots at the Bi-Annual Cart Sale @ The Wash all for 10L.  I found this particular outfit on the Unique Clothing Cart which is full of fantastic items all for 10L each.  This sale runs until March 14th.

The lipstick layer I am wearing was just sent to group members a few moments ago.  It is called Saffy Violet Lip Gel.  I have really never seen a group that sends out more gifts!!  The group is 250L to join, but well worth it for the amount of gifts that is sent out.
