This is part of the dollarbie hair Fair gift from Nushru. There are several items in the gift box, including two versions of this wonderful head dress. The head dress is scripted.. and it’s a cool surprise that is lots of fun, I won’t spoil the surprise for you. Let’s just say that it involves fruit, animations, and other people.
