Skins from Pididdle and A Piece of Candy

I’m trying a new format for showing skins I blog. I know that some people like to see the full skin before the buy it.. even if it is a dollarbie or freebie. To give our readers a more complete idea of what the skins look like, I’m showing full frontal and back pictures with no hairstyle, then a closeup of the face with a hairstyle that I think compliments the skin.

I agree that some skins are simply not worth the effort to teleport to.. even if they are free. I also understand that some people are offended by nude skins in the blog, so I’m putting them behind a cut. You are hereby forewarned: There are pictures of nekid peoples behind the cut.

Since this is something new I’m trying out, I’m asking for feedback from our readers. Love it? Hate it?.. I want to know. Now, with that out of the way, on to the skins..

Pididdle and A Piece of  Candy are both offering dollarbie skins in their shops, pictures below.

  5. Hi Shang!

Great that you show the whole skin… I must admit.. it’s too much work, soo I usually only show off the face! LOL.. I totally admire you for doing this!! Thank you!!

  6. I like the full frontals 😀 I think you should do a bald close up too though. Maybe you can use that to start the post and cut the rest, like HH suggested.

Anyway I’m not too fussed either way. I still mostly get skins for the faces, not the naughty bits 😀 XD

  7. As a “skin addict” I think this is a really satisfactory way of blogging skins and many thanks for all the lovely freebies you highlight.

  9. I love the idea, I hate finding a skin I really like, tp there, get it, go home and find that the body just isn’t something I wear. Alot of work for you though just to not offend someone with what is basically art. Thanks!

  10. just FYI I’m looking at your post on Fashion Planet and the whole article shows, no cut. I like the “best of both worlds” approach with a cut before the full skin shot … I can see the whole skin but don’t need to wonder who is looking over my shoulder if reading in public. Thanks!!

  12. Thanks everyone for your input.

@ HH and Dunneh. Good point, and I agree that it’s a good idea to put something in front of the cut for those people who don’t want to see the full skin.

@ sanna. That has always puzzled me too. Blood and guts is ok.. but full frontal nudity in a movie will get it an NC17 rating? Like.. wtf??

@ Serene. Yeah, I saw that too.. wish I could fix it.
