Fatpacking Alex – For Free

Yeah… It’s Monday and there isn’t a whole lot that can fix a Monday, but I think this group gift might be able to sweeten it up just a little! Serena showed the group gift at Chandelle last week (HERE), and she mentioned that it was the free to join group gift and that there was a paid group as well with another gift. In this post, I am going to show you the group gift for the VIP group that you pay 100L for.

I have been a member of this group for months and months, and I have been pleased with each gift that comes out – usually in a whole fatpack, like the mesh Alex Dress, which is the current gift that comes in 8 colours.

I was out and about today doing a little window shopping, because today is the first of the month when so many of the fashion galleries and showcases and new group gifts are set out! I stopped in at The Designer’s Showcase and found that they have a whole new round of designs on sale to snag, and three brand new group gifts to pick up. One of them is the mesh LIV Glam K-Collection Penny Sweater Dress I am wearing. The Designers Showcase inworld group is free to join.

The skin I am in today is a Structure Your Skin Project find made by Mirror’s Enigma. The gorgeous Victoria skin is available in a peach skintone with two makeup variations, cleavage option, a pair of eyes, Lola & Lush Appliers and a shape (eyes, appliers and shape not shown today) for just 99L! OoOo DRAT!

I am afraid I was too slow to the punch in showing you this great mesh Bodycon Dress in Teal from ISON. It was a group gift for Avenue Magazine members this morning when I picked it up, but I went back this evening to grab a slurl for you all after I took my pictures and started my credits, only to find out that it’s no longer there… sorry!! I am still wading my way through my With Love Hunt prizes folder and came across a really adorable meshWool Cat Sweater from Mijn, which is only one of the two With Love Hunt Prizes you can pick up there. The other prize is the same sweater in a different print. Renee showed these comfy Patchy Cotton Leggings previously in a Paradisis Post, but it went so well with this sweater I needed to show them too. They are the With Love Hunt prize from Gawk! I have shown many of the WLH prizes, but just in case you need a reminder, the cost for each prize is 10L and the hunt icon you are searching for is a black gift box with red ribbon.

Love these mesh boots? MEEEE TOOOO and in fact I picked them up in three colours (red, tan & black) because.. they are only 70L at The Dressing Room!! These are Slink’s Vanity Boots and they are beautifully textured with a wedge heel and a side zipper. The handbag I am holding, is not just any handbag. You can find the I Want Candy Mesh Bag at Ruca Tease for 175L and while it is a great looking bag, it also gives out candy! It’s not very often I stray from my light shades of hair, but there was no question when I put on Mirror Enigma’s Socordia V2 skin featured at Structure Your Skin Project this month, and realized it was well worth the temporary change of my normal blonde thing I have going on. A really gorgeous skin for just 99L. It comes with a few shapes, french nail gloves, hair base and cleavage options as well as a couple pairs of eyes. I am not showing the eyes because… IT IS TIME FOR IKON‘s monthly group gift!! I <3 Fashion

Have you checked out the I <3 Fashion Boutique? There are walls and walls of downright steals there from different designers across the grid priced from FREE to 100L. They rotate their fashion offerings every month and even have a sweet group gift to pick up! This month, the group gift is the Love Fashion Bag in grey shown in the photo. The group is free to join.

The mesh winter coat I am wearing is by Ruca Tease and is not free, but a new release that is available in several colours and includes a pair of boots too! The satiny pink top I am wearing underneath is a free lucky board prize from Sn@tch. The tops are called Ultra Lounge and they come in a fatpack of pastel colours. SPLASHing Into Winter!

If there is one job I have been avoiding all month, it is the depressing job of taking all of my sparkly summer sandals, open toed shoes and light jackets out of the entry way closet and replacing them with the winter coats, and boots, and other constricting warm things. The snow falls when it wants here in Canada, which is early, often and a lot (lol), so today I am forcing myself to be prepared! It was just perfect timing when I logged on this morning because I had notecards from two very helpful readers to let me know that SPLASH has a fantastic four pack of mesh Pimp Coats in red, green, white and black set out as a free gift. It does state that it is a group gift, however I did not need to join the group to pick it up. You may as well join the group – that way you’ll have a heads up on the next gift! Looks like Love will be all geared up for winter… that makes one of us, because I am here blogging instead of cleaning out that closet!! Tee hee.

Life’s A Beach

Prism Designs has a super cute beachy group gift out for it’s members this month! The photo above displays the Life’s A Beach outfit that includes the gold bikini top (and bottoms as well, not shown) and the adorable knickers with a fun swirly print on them. The group is free to join.

While I was at Prism picking up the group gift, I noticed that they are participating in the Keep Me Cool Hunt that runs until August 31st. If you locate the ice cream cone icon in the store, you can buy the partial mesh Josie outfit below that includes the dress, scarf and bracelet for 0L!

The skin I am wearing today is not free, however I can’t help myself from sharing the details with you because I LOVE it and it’s a great deal!! You can pick up Mirror Enigma’s Rachel in a tan skin tone at the Structure Your Skin Project for 99L this month. The pack includes three makeups with and without cleavage, as well as eyes, lashes (not shown), and a shape (not shown). What a steal for such a beautiful skin.
