Ruffling Polka Dots

The Cosmopolitan Club is celebrating their first anniversary this weekend, and to celebrate they have several super cute sponsored gifts from some of our favourite designers.  When you join the Cosmopolitan Club VIP group (which is free), you gain access to tons of gifts at the landing point, as well as there are some free group  gifts in the sales room, and also within the shops in the mall area.  Virgo has placed out this adorable mesh Polka Dot Ruffle Swim Suit in green for us to take advantage of and it is even cuter inworld than it is in the photos.  Perfect for a day at the beach!  I do believe Goldie will be up next to show you some more of the great gifts available

Life’s A Beach

Prism Designs has a super cute beachy group gift out for it’s members this month!  The photo above displays the Life’s A Beach outfit that includes the gold bikini top (and bottoms as well, not shown) and the adorable knickers with a fun swirly print on them.  The group is free to join.

While I was at Prism picking up the group gift, I noticed that they are participating in the Keep Me Cool Hunt that runs until August 31st.  If you locate the ice cream cone icon in the store, you can buy the partial mesh Josie outfit below that includes the dress, scarf and bracelet for 0L!

The skin I am wearing today is not free, however I can’t help myself from sharing the details with you because I LOVE it and it’s a great deal!!  You can pick up Mirror Enigma’s Rachel in a tan skin tone at the Structure Your Skin Project for 99L this month.  The pack includes three makeups with and without cleavage, as well as eyes, lashes (not shown), and a shape (not shown).  What a steal for such a beautiful skin.  Mirror Enigma’s lips have been blowing me away lately!

Summer Lovin – Had Me A Blast

Long Weekend Trip To The Beach

With the Canada Day long weekend here and the sun shining brightly, it’s perfect weather for heading to the beach!  That reminds me that I should do a Canada Day Post for tomorrow…  hmmm…

The bikini and beach dress can be found as a Poppin Penguin Summer Love Edition Hunt Prize at Vero Modero and will cost you just 1L.  The beach dress is mesh and comes in a few different sizes. You can wear the bikini with the beach dress or on it’s own.  The Dangle Necklace in three versions is a free 5th Anniversary Gift at Primalot.

Kosh, I Am Feeling Intrepid Today!

Intrepid Designs has the PERFECT beach bikini set as their Depraved Summer Love Hunt prize!  It is in my favourite colour of blue and is crochet.  It comes with a matching mesh micro mini and as you can see from the above picture and the below picture, you can wear it either with or without the skirt.  The Lotus Tattoo is also part of the DSLH and you can find this free hunt gift at Anymore!

The Sun Anklet I have on is the DSLH prize at KOSH and looks so cute with a pair of flippy floppies or even bare feet.

Romper Bomper Stomper Boo

I am in <3 with the Gloxx Store Striped Romper I found at The Color Blocking Fair for just 10L in the Color Blocking Bazaar!  It is mesh and comes in several sizes.  I was so excited to find such a great deal, I grabbed my AURA Rigged Mesh Boho Bag that is a free VIP gift (250L to join) and was on my way to the beach for a photoshoot!

Solelua Beach is one of my favourite beaches in Second Life.  I find myself taking a ton of photos there, or just chillin in the sand.  Last week they had a Reggae event, and I won a free surf board in a raffle!  They are hosting another event today (Thursday June 7th) from 3-5 SLT and they are raffling off another surf board!  Who knows…  you might get lucky!

Hunting For Stash

Until May 20th (three more days!!) you can search for a bag of weed at participating stores in Second Life for The Stash Bash Hunt, and get free stuff such as the Marley Outfit from Sn@tch that includes The Stash Ripped Jean Shorts shown above and the Marley Bikini top and bottom in amethyst, aqua and sage, shown below.  Fortunately Cal came to my rescue and helped me locate the stash when I couldn’t find it.  Thanks Cal!

My Dear… I’ve Got Sand In My Satin

The dream boat of a  floral dress I am wearing in this post is the latest group gift from Sascha’s Designs.  The group is 50L to join, but there are tons and tons of past group gifts and special members gifts to take advantage of.  I have been in this group for a long time, and I can honestly say the gifts have been fantastic every month!  This dress in particular is especially perfect for dancing as there are no long glitch pants – its just all leg!  I have accessorized this dress with a group gift from Crystal Line and a pair of group gift heels from Felicity, but I have already blogged these, so I won’t go into great detail about them again.

The lovely skin I am in today is the new group gift from My Dear.  It’s called Group Gift Beach Skin & Shape.  it features a painted butterfly at the corner of the left eye and is in a beautiful summer tanned skin tone.  There is a shape included, however I am wearing my own shape.  Also at My Dear is another group gift skin, and also some free freckles layers and eyebrow layers.  It is a free group to join – so what you waiting for?
