A Secret From the Shadows

Have you heard the secret? It’s Secret Wednesday! I know, I know; it’s Thursday now. And I apologize… I actually fell asleep last night before I could get this posted. I blame the FabFree shenanigans that Love told you about. Ahem… anyway, this sexy, mesh Boudoir Drape Dress II is one of six amazing Secret Wednesday deals found a Liv-Glam this week. Secret Wednesday sales items items are 49L each, and Liv-Glam typically keeps their sale items out all week long, so you should have a few more days to pick up this awesome dress. What I really love is the HUD which lets you choose one of six colors to wear as the back side. I’m wearing the fuschia/purple color, which you can see a hint of on the side. So with the HUD, it’s like you’re getting 6 different dresses in the box, so that works out to… <grabs calculator> a little over 8L per dress!

My jewelry is a previous group gift from Iron Tiger, and I’m disappointed to report that as of today, it is no longer free. You can, however, pick up a set in ruby or ice blue on sale for only 55L (necklace and earrings only), but I don’t know how long that deal will last. My clutch is still free (yay!) from Septem Essentia, and comes in both red and black, with our without a handle.

Donna Flora in Mayfair

What’s more fun than an afternoon of shopping? Why, an afternoon of freebies, of course! I wandered into Donna Flora a few days ago, and found this sexy Nadine dress set out as a group gift (free to join). This is a great one for those of you who don’t like mesh, and take a look at that side cleavage! I added my Lolita Espadrilles by [Gos], not because they’re free (they are not free), but to remind myself to tell you that the Gos Boutique group is currently only 50L to join. Group members not only get fabulous gifts, but they also get a 10% discount on every purchase. I don’t know how long the discounted join-fee will last, but it will go back up to 500L when gifts are set out.

I am once again wearing the Glam Affair Margot skin, which is featured at the current round of Collabor88. I know, I know; I wore this one last time, but I bought the fatpack, and just couldn’t help myself! My earrings are a Donna Flora dollarbie (1L) called Violetta.

Walkin’ on Sunshine…

I try to avoid posting so soon after Love posts, but since this one is a limited-time offer, I’m making an exception. Today through February 15th, you can pick up this Valentina E Marilyn Dress in sunshine at their Liberty City location. You need to join the Liberty City News group to get the dress, but it is free to join, so no worries. (Note: I originally posted that the dress was only available today, but I found out later that it’s available until the 15th. Good news, right?)

My skin is Megan Green by Together Inc., and you can pick it up on sale for 10L. Several other versions of Megan are available for 79L. I apologize for the shadow across my forehead (below); I didn’t notice it was there until I finished taking all the photos, but I promise it’s not a flaw in the skin!

My Antique Gold jewelry is from La Galleria… that’s right, the home and furniture store! Owner Pamela Galli is always very generous with the gifts, especially for holidays, and she’s offering this pretty jewelry as a free Valentine’s Day gift. The Old Costa Rica

Last night my SO and I walked all over the Old Costa Rica sim and found lots of goodies to show you, but first off I must tell you all of these poses are from Diesel Works. The naughty Desire pose is a free gift at Diesel Works, so be sure to pick it up. I plan on taking a few more revealing pictures with this pose, but you guys can’t see them.

Back to Old Costa Rica… there are gifts in nearly every store so walk around and explore! Here are some of the gifts we found. At Shiki there is a black check dress for the ladies and a black plaid button shirt for men.

Chantkare also has gifts for men and women with the Khaki Romper and Linen Knit Sweater.

There’s a fun red Spring dress at Designing Nicky Ree and it matches perfectly with the snakeskin Catalan clutch from Indyra Originals.

BOOM has black hot pants and a censored board as a gift at the Old Costa Rica sim. Glitz it up a bit with the Jade Beads jewelry set from RH Engel Jewelry. The Fan hair is a gift from Orage Creations.

The white boa is a gift from Rebel Hope Designs and the gold corset and panties are in the gift at Ash Productions.

For the more glamorous events, the Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend dress is a gift from G SLOANE COUTURE at the Old Costa Rica sim.

ICING has the Pizzicato Poppies dress perfect for springtime. The mono dot bag and scarf are in one of the gifts at Septem Essentia. There are several more gifts to pick up while you’re there.
