The Fre(e)da Collection

Oh how I love LIV-Glam, Let me count the 17 ways!  My jaw nearly dropped to the floor when I saw their recent subscribomatic offer, and I’m about to tell you all about it, so make sure you are safely seated and brace yourself!

When you join the LIV-Glam subscribomatic (which is free!) you will be sent the 17 piece Freda Collection in their HUD system.  You wear the HUD, and click on the items you’d like to wear.  Delete them after you take them off and just keep the HUD in your inventory.  This system they are using is fantastic on my ever growing, overflowing inventory because it takes 1 spot!  I have put together 10 outfits with the pieces included to show you just how versatile this mix and match gift is!

There are mesh and non mesh pieces in the pack to please everyone!

In the pack you will find 5 jackets, 1 dress, 1 skirt, 3 pairs of pants, and 7 tops.

A ::{u.f.o.}:: Sighting

*Smacks her head on the desk*… So,  I totally meant to wear these fantastic shoes the other day when I was blogging the Sassy! Color Explosion Hunt gift because they were a perfect match (shown here), but…  for some reason I tossed on another pair of red shoes!  -.- What was I thinking?  Anyways…  I found another free dress with a bit of red on it and I think they match pretty good to this one too!  This adorable mesh We Love Spring Dress is the latest group gift at ::{u.f.o.}::.  The texturing blew me away – it really looks as though it’s light and silky as you move.  The group is free to join.

The First Annual Sand & Sea Expo – 2013!

The first annual Sand & Sea Expo is on NOW and will only run until May 5th!  This fun aquatic event  is packed full of featured creations from the participating designers as well as FREE GIFTS!  Yes, you heard me right!!  There are gifts all over the place set out for you to take advantage of as well as The Beachcombers Event which is a unique hunt…  There are two entrances – make sure you check both out!

How the Beachcomber Event works:

Each of the vendors have  agreed to donate a free gift to the Beachcomber Expo. During this event, visitors will visit the displays, locate the  ”Beachcomber Shell”, and give it a click.   If they are lucky, they will receive the gift item from that vendor. If they are unlucky, they will be unable to try again for two hours.

One gift per avatar, per vendor!  Below is an example of the shell you are looking for:

Happy Friday, Fabulouses!

Happy Friday Fabulouses!  I have a few group gifts to share with you today, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

The Zola Print Dress I am wearing is made by LIV-Glam and is an all in one mesh outfit that includes the jacket and dress.  It comes in the form of their hud system and allows 6 different colour schemes!  You can find this beauty at the latest round of The Designer’s Showcase as a free group gift for joining the Designer’s Showcase inworld group – which is free to join!  There are actually several group gifts available, so make sure you have a look all around the shop for more!

Guess what week it is…  IKON WEEK!  I look forward to the first week ALLLLL month because IKON puts out his new group gift for VIPs  The group is free to join, and this month… The group gift is a pair of his brand new Vanity Eyes in Denim, which is a gorgeous medium blue that just sparkle like diamonds!

For Aeva Heartsick – Open Today!

The For Aeva Heartsick Event starts today and runs for two weeks until May 14th.    As you can see from the Event photo below, there are over 40 designers from across the grid coming to Amesha Jewell’s aid by offering a portion of their sales at the Event to Amesha to help raise funds to replace her dying computer so that she is able to continue designing her creations at Aeva // Heartsick on Second Life.    At this outdoor event you will find affordably priced clothing, accessories, skins, home & garden and more!  I even saw a couple of gifts / cheapies!

Amesha, who is a long time Fabulously Free in SL Designer has mental, physical … and with that financial challenges, but that doesn’t stop her from being a very talented and generous designer.  You can read more about Amesha Jewell, and the event at this link - http://foraevaheartsick.wordpress.com/

I went down there this afternoon and did a little shopping to help support Amesha and purchased two of her featured skins for just 100L per tone!  Each pack comes loaded with all kinds of extras like a shape, eyebrow shapers, freckle & cleavage options, as well as eyelash tattoos, teeth tattoos and all appliers for all your mesh parts. (I am wearing my own shape)
I picked up the Cyber Necklace in Pearl White at the Alaskametro shack for 100L too which is donating a large chunk of the proceeds to Aeva // Heartsick!  ;)

Make sure when you are visiting the Aeva shack that you grab the City Apartment!  It’s a fantastic skybox that has a land impact of just 30 prims for 10L!

WoW, I’m Feeling Sassy!

“WOW!  Just WOW!”  is all I have to say about WoW Skin’s May group gift!  Kesia is the latest group gift and it comes with all kinds of those new appliers that make your mesh breasts / feet / hands all the same colour as your skin in one click.  The group is usually 200L to join, however for the next three days it’s FREE!  You will gain access to a whopping 12 past group gifts, group midnight mania board prizes and also several group lucky boards with skins as gifts!

Glamorized & Living Glam

Hey Fabulouses!  I know, I know…  It appears that I have been slacking in the blogging department!  RL has been busy, but I think this week will be a little easier on me lol so I can catch up and share some freebies.  The dress I am wearing today was just screaming “BLOG ME LOVE!” on Friday and it’s been killing me to have to wait this long to get it out, but here it is!

Just one of the three new group gifts at LIV-Glam – This dress is called Signilda and comes in the way of one of their fancy schmancy hud systems that allows you to change the colour!  I chose red, but there are a few others to choose from.  The group is 500L to join, and I know I say this all the time – but it’s “so worth it” with all of the gifts available.

The other day Glamorize was chosen as The FabFree Designer of The Day (POST HERE) and we showed a couple of lovely jewelry sets for just 7L each, but they also have a fatpack of Roundabout Earrings in four colours priced at just 10L for all of them.  I am wearing the Shadow shade.

The skin I am in today is a brand new release made by Mirror’s Enigma called Azuka which can be found at their mainstore in a wide variety of skin tones.  There are also  co-ordinating makeup layers too!

Tweet Goes The Birdy~

Hi all, I went out and about through second life sales spending all my Lindens :C! But I found some great items for all of you while I ran through these sales! The chair you see beside me is from fri.home in this weeks Fifty Linden Fridays. This chair is exactly like a chair I own in real life so I just had to snatch it up and show it off to you all! If the name of the weekly event didn’t give away the price of the chair. *Giggle*  Then I shall tell you that the chair is only 50 lindens till midnight SLT tonight. So run and get it before it goes up!  The cute little bird dress you see me wearing in the photo is a dollarbie at M*Motion as a Spring thank you gift. Love sent me in the way of this dress and I don’t have enough words to thank her for showing me it with its adorable birdie on the front.

The beautiful nails I am sporting in the photo are a group gift at [Bamboo] Nails. These nails are just fabulous with the option to change each individual nail color to being able to change the nail length in an all in one hud!  You can call me the nail freak I guess since in every blog post I do I have to throw in a pair of nails, but hey I’m fine with that! And now for the finishing touch to this post. My eyes and lip gloss are both from BCC. which at the moment has a sale going on and all items including skin packs! Sadly I couldn’t get one of the skins to fit the post so I showed off another item on sale my eyes! They’re only 40L a color which is great for me because the eyes I wear 24/7 are a free gift from BCC. Near where you can get my old eyes for free there are stacks of gifts ranging from 0L-10L. Which just so happens to have a box with my lip gloss in it for 1L it has 6 options in the box with 3 different color options so how awesome right?

Okay well I’m going to take a nap in my new rocking chair.
