Dressed by Lexi is hosting a Spring Fever Hunt that runs from May 18th – June 16th, where you can search for 10 hidden violets (you can see an example of the hunt icon at the entrance of the store) priced at 5L each. Once you have found all 10, you will have all the pieces to complete the gorgeous Secret Garden Gown Ensemble.
Included in this set is the gown, that you can dress down to a very sexy lingerie set, as well as shoes, the choker and a matching pair of earrings. I have included the vendor photo below so you can see the shoes and lingerie that appear to be hidden under my gown lol.

Happy Mother’s Day & Other SAKIDE Stuff

Happy Mother’s Day to all you Moms, Grandmas, Step-Moms and all you wonderful Mother figures! I’m taking a little break from being doted on (ha ha ha… yeah right), to show you a few sweet treats from SAKIDE! I shouldn’t complain… My kids are in the kitchen making all kinds of crashing noise and messes but I can smell a faint aroma of something edible from my office so things must be ok. I’m quite certain I will be the one cleaning it up, which may mean more trouble than this is all worth. The things we do for our children… lol

Casual Friday at the Cherry Cafe

Thank goodness it’s the weekend! RL work has been kicking my fanny, and I’m so happy to get out in the fresh air. I decided to take my bicycle for a spin and found this cute cafe at Bay City… perfect place to relax with a cup of tea and a good book.

I’m wearing a mesh shorts and shirt combo, which is a group gift at CHANDELLE. Now, there are two different VIP groups at CHANDELLE: a free group and a not free group. This gift is for the free group. The shirt comes in white and black, and the shorts come in black, blue, pink, sea (like a seafoam green), and purple, which I’m wearing. I should tell you that these items aren’t exactly made to fit standard sizing. I normally wear a size XS, but here I’m wearing M. But… they’re free, so give ‘em a try, and see if there’s a size for you. My mesh ankle boots are a group gift from *COCO* (free to join). I decided to add a pair of socks from Maitreya, but the boots themselves do not come with socks.

I am so loving the new applier HUD nails for Slink Avatar Enhanced Hands! My RL nails are super short and unpolished, but I never have to leave my SL home without a perfect mani/pedi. These gorgeous nails are the new group gift from Izzie’s (250L to join). There are 10 different designs in the HUD, and appliers for both fingers and toes. My Analog Dog hair is not free, but is featured until May 12th at Genre for 100L. I ♥ the casual, yet sexy, Princess Leia buns. Love has shown you this Gold Heart Key necklace before, but I couldn’t resist wearing it myself. It comes in 3 different lengths, and is currently featured as a group gift at Energy Club (free to join). My little Pearl Daisies earrings are one of 3 pairs in a recent group gift from Gossamer Jewellery (I showed a different style here). You’ll find them in the group notices… still there as of tonight, but don’t dawdle, as they won’t be there much longer!

Oh how I love LIV-Glam, Let me count the 17 ways! My jaw nearly dropped to the floor when I saw their recent subscribomatic offer, and I’m about to tell you all about it, so make sure you are safely seated and brace yourself!

When you join the LIV-Glam subscribomatic (which is free!) you will be sent the 17 piece Freda Collection in their HUD system. You wear the HUD, and click on the items you’d like to wear. Delete them after you take them off and just keep the HUD in your inventory. This system they are using is fantastic on my ever growing, overflowing inventory because it takes 1 spot! Friday GuyDay: For Men Only

FINALLY – a day off! I’m actually supposed to be taking Serena out for her Rez Day, but I thought I’d spend a little time relaxing at the beach first. Before heading out, I picked up these cargo shorts and tank top, the Men Only Hunt 3 gift from 22769. This hunt runs until May 31st, and all items are free. And you know how hard it is to find good free stuff for men!

Speaking of free, I’m wearing the new group gift eyes from IKON that Love showed you earlier today. Yes, guys can wear them too! All of my jewelry was also free; my earring and rings are gifts from GABRIEL (free to join), and my bracelet is a group gift from Chop Zuey (350L to join). My flip flops were not free, but are on sale for 30% off until May 5th at Slink. In fact, everything except hands and feet are on sale, so if you’ve been waiting to pick up a new pair of shoes, now’s the time!

Oh, one more thing: Katey Coppola of Glitterati Poses celebrated her birthday on May 1st, and is giving a gift to all of us! For Aeva Heartsick – Open Today!

The For Aeva Heartsick Event starts today and runs for two weeks until May 14th. As you can see from the Event photo below, there are over 40 designers from across the grid coming to Amesha Jewell’s aid by offering a portion of their sales at the Event to Amesha to help raise funds to replace her dying computer so that she is able to continue designing her creations at Aeva // Heartsick on Second Life. At this outdoor event you will find affordably priced clothing, accessories, skins, home & garden and more! I even saw a couple of gifts / cheapies!

Amesha, who is a long time Fabulously Free in SL Designer has mental, physical … and with that financial challenges, but that doesn’t stop her from being a very talented and generous designer. I went down there this afternoon and did a little shopping to help support Amesha and purchased two of her featured skins for just 100L per tone! Each pack comes loaded with all kinds of extras like a shape, eyebrow shapers, freckle & cleavage options, as well as eyelash tattoos, teeth tattoos and all appliers for all your mesh parts. (I am wearing my own shape)
I picked up the Cyber Necklace in Pearl White at the Alaskametro shack for 100L too which is donating a large chunk of the proceeds to Aeva // Heartsick! ;)

Make sure when you are visiting the Aeva shack that you grab the City Apartment! It’s a fantastic skybox that has a land impact of just 30 prims for 10L!

Friday GuyDay: The Guardian

Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate’s life for me! It’s Friday GuyDay again, and this time I’m bringing you The Guardian, the April group gift from PeKaS Design Gorean. Everything you see here is included, even the boots and the over-the-eyes hood. Perfect for maintaining anonymity while doing unscrupulous pirate things.

Donna Flora in Mayfair

What’s more fun than an afternoon of shopping? Why, an afternoon of freebies, of course! I wandered into Donna Flora a few days ago, and found this sexy Nadine dress set out as a group gift (free to join). This is a great one for those of you who don’t like mesh, and take a look at that side cleavage! I added my Lolita Espadrilles by [Gos], not because they’re free (they are not free), but to remind myself to tell you that the Gos Boutique group is currently only 50L to join. Group members not only get fabulous gifts, but they also get a 10% discount on every purchase. I don’t know how long the discounted join-fee will last, but it will go back up to 500L when gifts are set out.

I am once again wearing the Glam Affair Margot skin, which is featured at the current round of Collabor88. I know, I know; I wore this one last time, but I bought the fatpack, and just couldn’t help myself! My earrings are a Donna Flora dollarbie (1L) called Violetta.
