What’s more fun than an afternoon of shopping? Why, an afternoon of freebies, of course! I wandered into Donna Flora a few days ago, and found this sexy Nadine dress set out as a group gift (free to join). This is a great one for those of you who don’t like mesh, and take a look at that side cleavage! I added my Lolita Espadrilles by [Gos], not because they’re free (they are not free), but to remind myself to tell you that the Gos Boutique group is currently only 50L to join. Group members not only get fabulous gifts, but they also get a 10% discount on every purchase. I don’t know how long the discounted join-fee will last, but it will go back up to 500L when gifts are set out.

I am once again wearing the Glam Affair Margot skin, which is featured at the current round of Collabor88. I know, I know; I wore this one last time, but I bought the fatpack, and just couldn’t help myself! My earrings are a Donna Flora dollarbie (1L) called Violetta.

Epic Findings at the Spring Fling Hunt

Lucifer’s Heart <3′s New Residents!

Hello Fabulouses! I’ve been super sick for the past couple of weeks, and I am SO glad to be back now. Feels kind of like I’ve been climbing out of a big hole… I’m still not at the top, but at least I can see daylight now! But enough about me… I’ve got a lot to show you tonight!

Here at FabFree, we have a special interest in helping new residents find something great to wear. That’s why I was particularly happy to hear that Lucifer’s Heart was offering a special “Noobie Gift” for new lady residents who are 60 days or younger. I’m only showing you two of the outfits here, but there are quite a few items in the box. You’ll have to go grab the box to find out what else is in there! A few days ago Glam Affair sent out a gorgeous gift skin out in notices called Zara Black Phoenix and she is just divine!  The gift includes both blonde and dark brows and a few eyebrow shapers as well.  I am amazed with the detailing on the body, which is why I’m showing a little extra today!  The group is just 30L to join, and as you can see – WELL worth it!

The gorgeous amber and gold bracelets I am wearing are the latest group gift at House of Rain.  These are called As Darkness Falls, and they come in two versions.  I have one on the right and one of the left, but you could mix them up and wear them however you want.

I can’t resist a good fairy dress, especially one as spectacular as this. The details are amazing, and I love the way the wings flutter when I walk/fly. It also got a big “thumbs up” from my RL daughter, who I consider to be quite the expert on all things fairy.

Cashmere and Suede: Tuesday’s Temptation

Laptop, scanner, magnifying glass… I’m heading out for a long day of research at the library, and I sure hope I didn’t forget anything. I certainly didn’t forget to wear this fabulous new group gift from Baby Monkey. The group is 250L to join, but in this gift alone you get the mesh sweater and skirt, plus these cute ankle boots. There are several other gifts still on the board, so you’ll come away with plenty of really great stuff, with more to come!

What’s Better Than Chocolate?

In my humble opinion, nothing is better than chocolate. Oh, I know what the implication is here, but think about it, ladies. Chocolate is always reliable, always there when you need it. Chocolate never has a bad attitude or wants to watch the game. Have you ever had disappointing chocolate? I didn’t think so. Any chocolate is usually good chocolate! Did you ever eat some chocolate and really regret it later? Well, ok… I’ll give you that one. But at least you didn’t have to do the chocolate “walk of shame,” right?

So, for this week’s 50 Shades of Sexy prompt, “Better than chocolate,” I am wearing this lovely ensemble by {Etiquette} called Danica – Chocolate (of course). The set is 10L on the Marketplace, and you also get two additional bra/panty sets in coordinating colors. The detailing is really very pretty, and there is juuust enough peek-a-boo to give a taste, if you know what I mean. Let’s Go Fly a Kite!

It was so beautiful outside today that I grabbed my kite and took Nessie along for some playtime at the dog park. She was going a little stir crazy, and frankly so was I! This cute Carora dress was sent out to Hucci subscribers recently, and seemed perfect for a warm day at the park. It has a belt in “midnight” as well as the yellow one I’m wearing, and it comes in standard, as well as “curvy” mesh sizes. My kite pose and prop is a free gift from aDORKable Poses; you’ll find it in the corner next to the entrance.

My jewelry is the Flower Season Set by Moonshadow, and is a free gift on the Marketplace. My hair is mint earth from Analog Dog, and can be found in the “freebie bubble” down on the beach (fly over the store and down to the beach where the trailer is parked).
