Operation Christmas Take Down = CANCELLED!

I know I am supposed to be cleaning up all of these Christmas decorations, but quite frankly, I am just so relieved to have some time to myself after the hectic family filled hustle and bustle of the holidays that I’d rather just relax! It will still be sitting around tomorrow waiting for me to clean up right? What’s the rush? Best I just slip into something comfy, like the Sleepover Set you can pick up at Acid Lily this week for just 65L in blue, pink or red! Besides… My friend Lyric IMed me today and was nearly bouncing up and down to tell me that Curio is back and she has a HUGE new group gift! I couldn’t be all.. “Operation Christmas Take Down” with a distraction like that! I would stare at the tree – the tree would stare at me, and I’d still log on and play with the new skins! It just looked like another good reason to strip off my clothes and put on the sweet little blue undies set!

Below I have posted a collage of just a TASTE of some of the skins included within the mega pack from Curio. Once you join the Gala & Rita Design Announcements group inworld for free, you can check the previous notices for a gift including a folder stuffed tight with skins in plenty of skin tones, with and without freckles, in both light and dark brows. I am wearing the Sundust skin tone with freckles. I really can’t say enough how much detail went into the making of these skins. Really, quite amazing. Both Curio locations are open again with fatpacks and megapacks priced at hugely discounted prices. It is fantastic to see you back designing inworld again Gala – Thank you very much for this generous gift!

Even.flow Spoils Acid Lily Group Members!

Finally! I made it home from a long day of work to catch up on some blogging! I put together my SL outfit today with a few things featured at Acid Lily this week, the new group gift from MODISH and a couple of treats from marketplace too!

Above you will see a pretty good photo of the new MODISH group gift which is 30L to join. This sweet looking skin is called Lulu Rage and has some very sexy cat eyes and very cool lips. From November 15th – November 24th MODISH is celebrating their anniversary with price slashings of 50% – 70% off regular prices. Some skins will be discontinued after the sale – so make sure you head down to snag the skins you like before they are gone for good!

As I mentioned earlier, my outfit is made up of goodies featured at Acid Lily this week, and they are not free… but they are great deals, and if you hang in there with me for a few, you’ll learn abut the new group gift at Acid Lily too! The hooded black mesh sweater I am wearing is part of the Lazy Sunday Outfit by 1Hundred that is featured this week for 65L. It also includes a basic black bra & panties. The adorable mesh Little Women Bookworm Dress is made by even.flow that is available in several colours for 69L this week.

In the photo below you will see displayed the new group gift available to Acid Lily inworld members (free to join). It is the even.flow Stripes Lingerie Set shown below that includes the mesh corset, black panties and also the beaded necklace.

I picked up a couple of rings on Marketplace to complete this outfit. On my left hand I am wearing the Redmint rings, available for 1L and on my right, I am wearing the Remarkable Oblivion Dualty rings that were 10L.

Have a Heart & Wear Pink

Gizza @ Mimi’s Choice has this delightful pale pink cocktail dress set out as their new free group gift, (free to join) to help raise awareness for the Pretty Bald in Pink Campaign. Today’s too cute skin choice is from JeSyLiLo. If you are a group member (50L to join), you can take part in the Find My Pumpkins Hunt that runs until November 20th. I may be looking all sweet and innocent in my new PXL Creations Kate skin, but when the moon phase comes around… there is a bit of witchy behind those eyes of mine!!

I am so excited about the free gifts in this post I am unsure of where to start! *squeals*

The beautiful gown is Azul’s latest group gift which you can pick up with your free group tag activation. The black with the blue accents are so pretty and I can’t wait to take a spin on the dance floor in this baby! As I was trying on the gown, I received a notice from the Bliss Couture subscribo saying that they have a new group gift hair out! The Jenni Hair is currently available at Bliss Hair as a free group gift (which is also free to join) in the shade of caviar which is a stunning, shiny black.

The skin I am wearing is not free, but I am in love with it, so I thought I would share this too! Modish has a brand new skin out called Cupidsis that is being featured at The Kawaii Fair 2012. I am wearing the sunkiss skin tone, The makeup is fairly natural with rosy cheeks and a heaping side of ADORABLE! The colour packs are 450L They have demo’s available and also a free gift sitting in the window of their little shop at The Kawaii Fair, so make sure you go take a peek!

No Tricks, Just Treats With Angelina & Bundle #2

I had a bit of a busy week with The Runway Perfect Hunt and some other stuff so I am playing catch up this weekend! So many things to show you – so little time! B!asta has a dollarbie in store that is perfect for this season! It’s called No Tricks Just Treats, and for 5L you get the dress and the stockings! I picked up these awesome IMNU boots made by Concrete Flowers at Seraphim for free by joining the group. (I don’t want to take these off!)

The skin I am wearing in this post is Angelina2 and is made by Skintimate. It comes with 3 skin tones (I am wearing the darkest of the 3), 5 lipstick tattoos and a dark brow option. This set is currently being featured at The 75L Skin Store for just 75L.
