Skulls and Bunnies & Roses, Oh My!

What’s a girl to do on a rainy Sunday morning? Stay in, relax and blogggggg  - YAY!  So..  I have a few more things to show you today!

I sure hope you saw my post back in August about Auxilliary‘s group fee being free for a limited time, because they now have a couple of really cute group gifts, but the fee to join is 750L!  If you are a current member, or are interested in paying the fee to join the group, you can head to the Auxilliary store and pick up the Retro Cocktail Dress in Rose Special Print and the My Oversized Leather Tote!
Another cute mesh dress I have been meaning to blog is the Rouquemaure Dress Skulls & Bunnies that you can find at Kamouraska for 5L when you locate the hidden Autumn Hunt icon.  This hunt ends today and the icon you need to find is a cornacopia.

The skin I am in today is the latest group gift by Filthy Skins.  It is called Nathalie  and includes the skin in 4 tones with cleavage options and a shape (shape not shown).  The group is 199L to join and they have monthly gifts for both men and women.

Halloween Skin Madness for Men!

The Halloween skin madness has begun with several top skin designers releasing special edition skins for this time of year! These won’t last long though and many of them are group gifts so snag them while you can. Now is the perfect time to get a great deal on a fantasy or vampire skin!

A: Tableau Vivant has the Marilyn skin as a gift for their group members. It comes in 5 different tones and is a beautiful skin anytime of the year. The group costs 50L to join and new group gifts are released every month!

BBC (Bonne Chance) is hosting a super fun Halloween themed mini hunt that you can participate in until the end of the month and pick up some really great prizes!  There are 10 little fat bats to be found across the sim priced at 5L – 10L, inside the stores and out with items inside them such as the Halloween Angel dress (my favourite of the bunch!!), Dot Leggings and Angel Wings (with particles and without) shown above, as well as the huggable Bat Doll shown below.

Furnishings Friday #17 – Falling Leaves & Lost Keys

I can hardly believe we are on week #17 of Furnishings Friday already!  I started this challenge for myself because I was having trouble motivating myself to show non avatar items like clothing,skins, accessories lol and there are just so many wonderful and free home furnishings that needed a place here on Fabulously Free in SL.  Since then, I have noticed that I am even starting to use them on unFridays sometimes too YAY!

Anyways… This week for Furnishings Friday, I am going to feature a few prizes from the Falling Leaves Hunt.  I will be showing more of it soon, but today seemed like a good day to start the first round!  The Falling Leaves Hunt began on October 3rd and will run until October 24th.  All of the gifts are free, and are autumn home and garden themed items.  You can find their official blog at the following link with a hunt preview, hints and a complete list of slurls - http://thecookiejarcommunity.wordpress.com/falling-leaves-hunt/

In the photo at the top of this post, I am digging furiously through the Dark Walnut Table With Accessories made by Park Place for those keys I can never seem to find lol.  This gift from Park Place includes the table with a drawer that opens and closes, as well as all of the pictures and table accessories you see.

Below, I am taking a few minutes to check my messages in a little cozy space I have made for myself with a few of the prizes.  First, I started with the Designer Prims Falling Leaves Studio Skybox that is just 17 prims.  The animated sofa (seats two w/ accessories), rug and ottoman with steaming coffee is the gift you can find at PRIME.  Zinnia’s is the designer of the Bye-Bye Birdie Coffee Table Set.

Another Falling Leaves Hunt prize that I couldn’t wait to show off is the Ochun Ottoman with Sits that also came with the
Autumn Wall Decal shown from Wings of Enchantment.  The ottoman is draped with a cozy blanket and has such cute, lazy sits.
