One Stop Shopping with B!asta and Two Sisters Treasures

Hey there! It’s Leila again and I have lots to show you in this post! Freebies, Group Gifts, Midnight Mania and a Sixty Linden Weekend Deal, all in this post, so please read on!  Here’s a pic of this beautiful and very inexpensive skin I’m wearing in this post, I’ll talk about it later on. It comes also with a shape (not used) and Lola’s Tango appliers.

What’s more, all of these outfits also come with appliers and I’m wearing my mesh breasts in this post!

I do not touch up my pictures other than to crop and put them together for easier viewing, so this is exactly how the skin and items look on me to me. I use a simple clear white windlight setting for my pictures as well. (analutetia-avataroptwhiter) I only mention this because I know there’s a lot of questions about how things look in pictures versus how they look in world so, this is just to say what you see from me is what you would get in world with these same settings.

So on to the goodies!

 

This outfit is FREE. Absolutely FREE. It’s on the main desk at B!asta.

It is the Generation X outfit and comes with the socks, skirt, corset and shrug, and also includes the breast applier. It does not come with underpants though so if you’re modest like I am, I suggest wearing a pair of your own undies. I had a tintable pair and tinted mine to match the solid color in the skirt. Voila!

With this outfit I am wearing a FREE jewelry set from Two Sisters Treasures. This is a April group gift except for the bracelets which is a midnight mania prize. Join the group and then click the boxes under the midnight mania boards to snag this jewelry set and another one I’m about to show you as well. You must be a group member to click the midnight mania boards and the goals are only around 60 people so you should have no trouble snagging those bracelets.  There’s also two other gifts up there but I’ll let you find out about those yourself.

These boots are a former group gift from Mary Jane Shoes. They are the sleek ankle boots in chocolate. As I said they are a former group gift but Mary Jane Shoes gives a pair of shoes or boots away every month as a group gift and I’m about to show you the gift for this month in just a moment. There’s also a pair of biker boots at the shop for men. Group is free to join!

The skin I am wearing is one of the new items at the brand new round of Structure Your Skin Project. This skin is by AnnaA Body Shop. It comes with the skin, eyebrow shaper, a hide lashes alpha layer,  a shape (NOT SHOWN) and the tango appliers. It also has two versions of the skin and applier, with or without nipples. You get the whole shebang for 99L which is an amazing price and I think it’s an adorable skin. Try the provided demo of course!

Finally, the hair I am wearing is a former Hair Fair group gift that is still available at Damselfly for FREE The pack is a full fatpack so you’re sure to find a shade that works for you. There is also a gift available there for men!

The nails I am wearing are NOT FREE, I just picked something out of my inventory. These are the Precious nails in white from Candy Nail.

Next up is the current Group Gift @ B!asta! This beautiful gown is FREE for group members. It does cost 50L to join the group but B!asta gives at least one gift every month as well as participating in lots of events so it’s worth it to join and get all the great goodies! This dress comes with the top, glitch, skirt and Lola’s tango applier. I tried to get a couple pictures where you could really see the movement of the skirt, so pretty.

The jewelry I’m wearing with the dress is also a Free group gift from Two Sister’s Treasures. This is the March Black Diamond and Gold set. You can snag all the pieces with your group tag except for the earrings which you’ll need to slap the mm board to grab. If you scroll back up to my first pic you can get a close up of how pretty this set really is. Again the group is free to join.

The shoes are the aforementioned Free Group Gift heels from Mary Jane Shoes  They are the Vogue shoes in Jet and come with the a hud for metals and skin color adjustments. Group is free to join.

This is the Autumn in Bali set in purple, includes the usual layers, skirt and Lola’s tango applier. It fits and moves beautifully and is a great little outfit to wear hanging out at the beach or to go casual dancing in! Hopefully my pictures show the moevement somewhat.

For fun I also picked up this Jewelry set from Two Sisters Treasures. I am such a fan of SL Jewelry where we can have sparkle (But not BLING) all the time! This Star Silver Beaded Earrings, Necklace and Bangles. Each part is only 10L each so everything for 30L! All of Two Sisters Treasures Jewelry has resizers and I used them to make the necklace a lot shorter so it would go with this dress.

Pink And Fancy in =MODA=

I know Breast Cancer Awareness month is in October, but showing your support for the fight doesn’t have to be limited to one month.This beautiful cocktail mesh dress by Eonla at =MODA=, is not only away to show you support, but it also gives you a chance to rock a fierce outfit! The top portion of the dress is vibrantly pink, while the bottom is a nice satin mixture of pink and white.

Accessorizing with Earth Bangles!

Whew!!!! I know there are so many hunts going on right now, and here I am adding one more to your list. Do you forgive me? Here, let me sweeten the pot, this hunt is also free and doesn’t require any group joining. Also, the hunt is all in one store, with 11 items to find. This hunt is called the Orange Hunt at Earth Bangles, and it ends on November 7th, so you definitely want to make your way on over soon enough. It really shouldn’t take you more than 15 minutes are so to find all the oranges and increase your options on accessories. With all that said, lets take a gander at some of the things I found.

Lets check out the orange flats and ankle warmers, the flats and warmers are package together but you do not have to wear them at the same time. I love wearing heels just as much as the next fashionista but I had to give the balls of my feet a break before I end up with blisters. I can definitely rock these flats for a simple day hanging out with the family.

Moving up from the shoes the next thing is the purse, bracelets, and rings. The rings come for each hand and the same goes for the bracelets. If you click on the picture you can notice that the ring is a nice burnt orange colored flower, while the bracelet is a sweetly shaped heart.

Then we have this oh so cute tear drop pendant necklace that adds some fabulosity to a very simple outfit.

She’s a COCO D!va in her Baby Monkeys…

It was late afternoon on the island of Armenelos as she was hugging the curves in the road with her Classic 43S GT (FREE!) from ZMO Autoworks on the Marketplace.  She was late for a dinner date and driving a bit too fast.  The cool autumn air caressed her skin and playfully pulled at the wisps of her Naomi Hair(onyx) (group gift/free to join) from “D!va”.  The soft dove colored cashmere Shirt Dress (group gift/free to join) from *COCO DESIGNS* kept her warm against the bracing air descending with the evening.  She still refused to wear stockings but her suede, studded Aubergine Nadine pumps (lucky board prize) from Baby Monkey Shoes kept her feet toasty as she pressed a little harder on the gas peddle.

Her handler from M16 had informed her that she would be meeting with the dashing owners of Armenelos, Tymus Tenk and Truck Meredith…her mission was to obtain the Golden Idol from their  Haunted Castle at BALFALAS; so she could gain access to the Lost City.  X pulled up the the Monkey Bar and immediately eyed the two men. She slid her lithe frame from the GT…her long legs stretched out as she stifled a yawn…knowing that she’d caught their attention.

Ugh, okay enough of that. I’ve got some goodies for you today. I must warn you all though: As I write this I’m quite sleepy. I blame my cat. She would NOT stop crawling all over me last night. Perhaps putting those soft flannel sheets on my bed wasn’t such a great idea, because she seems to think I put them there for HER! But I am anxious to let you all know about the little treasures I found, so kindly bear with me as I attempt to write through a lack-of-sleep-and-stomach-too-full-of-Red-Lobster haze!

Want to take up all the space in the room, but in a good way? I stumbled upon this dress earlier today for… get this… 1L! o.O I know, right? It’s very twirly girly, and a pretty blend of blue hues. This dollarbie gown can be yours if you visit the store Hopeless Designs. It’s right by the entrance. This store has some fabulous shoes with intricate details. Perhaps when I have some extra lindens to spare, I will go splurge on myself!

After I found the dress, I turned around and VOILA! There was another box with two pairs of earrings in it. The box is not free and not a dollarbie, but it’s a fair bargain at 25L. Shown here is what the silver earrings look like. You also get a gold set. I really like these earrings, but I’m a sucker for silver.

It snowed here today. Freshly fallen snow is beautiful to watch and look at, but I must admit, I despise cold weather. Many sims around the grid are decorated beautifully for winter, so I of course decided to wander those which provided a more summer-y atmosphere. Hmm… what does an avatar wear to go wander in the warm sun? Personally, I prefer a casual tank top and a trusty pair of shorts.

First I had to decide on a top. I reached into my “closet” for my Intrinsic Tank from JANE. These tank tops are free every day and come in a plethora of colors. We talk about these tank tops a lot, because they are just a basic necessity in every darling girl’s wardrobe. Be sure to look at the other adorable items in the store while you are there. They are well made and fairly priced (at least in my humble opinion). Now that I’ve got my boobs covered, I need to figure out what shorts I should cover my butt with. Basic denim just wouldn’t do on a day like today. I wandered over to Humming to pick up these adorable little button shorts in red. Yay! Now I have my…um… assets covered. Now, how should I wear my hair today? Decisions, decisions…

As you can see, I decided to go with a simple side ponytail with subtle curls. This lovely hair comes in a HUGE variety of colors and is currently a free gift from Analog Dog. Along with the ponytail you get matching hairbase tattoo layers for each color. If you haven’t picked this hair up already, hurry! I am not sure how much longer it will be out!

In addition to my sweetly simple ensemble, I felt I should go in search of a lovely pale skin, since I decided on being a redhead today. Al Vulo has their newest group gift out. Paddy’s skin is delightfully light and freckled, and even has red eyebrows and a red hairbase. The Al Vulo group is currently free to join, and Hlin Bluebird, the owner, is very generous. I have a store bought skin of hers and it’s one of my favorites! I felt this skin needed just a tiny bit of makeup, so I turned to my 1L Julia eyelashes from Chuculet. There are eight different styles to choose from at the shop.

WOOTS! I’m done and dressed! I think it only took me… what, 3 hours? Now, I’m exhausted, and too tired to explore. Figures, right? But my outfit makes me think of mustard and ketchup, and that makes me think of a corn dog, which makes me hungry, which makes me….

Kurston Brody was nice enough to send me info on Serenity Style’s Grand opening, which is going on all this week.

At Little Rebel Design I found the cute PinkPaillette dress as well as the pretty GreyPlaidBeltedTubedress. Both are free.

I matched the “Little Rebel dresses” with Michelle pumps in grey by Lya (formerly SIN). The fatpack (6 colors) is  free … if you are lucky and your letter comes up on the Lucky Chair Also free is the beautiful Mysteria necklace as well as a nice pair of Mysteria earrings (not shown).
