I’m a Fashion Whore

I’m baaaaacccckkkkk! (Waves feverishly at everyone) I know its been a while since my last post, please forgive me. The urge to start posting again has been running across my mind and the Whore Couture Fairbrought the inner fashion whore out of me.  *Swoons at my inventory full of delicious goodies*  The designers at this fair DELIVERED, there were so many items just giving me LIFE! This is probably the most times I have ever heard the cash register sound, back to back to back. I was going HAM! So in between all that paying and buying I did uncover some freebies, to go along with the not so free items… all of which is worth it though. The image of above is a prime example, I’m wearing the Pure Poison Studded body suit with free boots that come with the free Delirium Style Medusa Outfit below.
The  Delirium Style Medusa gift comes with the sweater, panties, tie, stockings, boots, bracelets, and facial piercing. It has a dark edge to it that means trouble, and with the panties being that low, we know what kind of trouble that is.

Now to the opposite end of the style spectrum from Delirium to these girly girl [TaraShoes] Empire Charlotte green pumps! As I was approaching [TaraShoes]‘s store, I heard the good and bad angels on my shoulders debating. Telling me not to go into the shoe store… and then like a beacon of light, I seen the word “gift”.  I snagged these shoes, and paired them with this sensual Siren Faddism dress.

Of course these are not the only items I picked up from the fair, there are so much more, but I wanted to hop on here and share some of the looks with all of you. Just a quick tip, if you haven’t visited the fair, I recommend wearing a full body alpha and no attachments or huds. The free Whore Couture group has a full body alpha layer in their notices, just in case you do not have one. I also recommend you cam around, you can do so by holding down the “Alt” button and using your mouse to zoom in to items and navigate without actually moving. There are a lot of store and people are flocking, so there is some lag, but hopefully these tips help. Trust me the items at this two sim fair is worth battling the lag. Additionally the landmark I have set for the Whore Couture Fair will land you in or near the Delirium Style store.

Her Etchaflesh Corset is Boudoir Fly…

There are still several more days till Halloween…that means many more opportunities to get your haunt on!  Earlier I told you about the [Etchaflesh/Virtual Props] Trick and Treats Hunt; where you can score fabulous mesh corsets and/or pose/prop sets…AND you can go back everyday to do the hunt over to score another prize…WIN! Last week Precious Restless sent out a notice in the Boudoir Group (free to join) that there was a new member gift waiting for all their ghouls to grab…well this Wearable Giant Fly came along just in time…since my broom was in the shop for repairs.  Isn’t he fantastic?  I think I’ll call him Igor. ;p;p

Now, a girl can’t just get all dolled up with no place to go…so I headed straight for Journey to the Lost City which is the hauntingly spectacular build from Tymus Tenk and Truck Meredith…owners of the sublime Calas Galadhon sims.  If you haven’t been to these park sims…they are an absolute MUST SEE.  I can’t begin to tell you how incredibly detailed they are landscaped…Truck and Ty spend endless hours landscaping and decorating them for every season.  There is so much to explore and enjoy…and now they have this wonderful Halloween adventure…search for the golden idol in the castle and you will be admitted to the Lost City…just beware of the perils on the way!  I took my trusty Staff of Hatred from Wylde Arts ~WA~ on the Marketplace (not free, but half price @ 150L)…to cast dark rain on any rogue corpses.

Lucky Desires

Azul group members can pick up the seductive robe and stockings free in store.  The black lace robe has fur trim and cinches at the waist.   Heartsick group members were sent the Lucky Desire skin on March 17th.  The gift includes three skin tones, three cleavage types, and freckle options.  There also is a shape included in the gift.  The Heartsick group has a L$10 enrollment fee.  There is still a few more days left to grab this gift from the notices.  I have to tell you about this hair even though it’s not free.  A few days ago Mirja Mills (EMO-tions creator) and I were talking about hair ideas and I showed her a few pictures of Ombre hair coloring and begged her to make one.  The wild Rachel hair is a new release from EMO-tions and I LOVE it!

Fight Club

The first rule of Fight Club is, you do not talk about Fight Club.

I picked up the Alba Fight Club skin from MOJO Skin and instantly had to find a boxing ring.  The skin is a group gift near the front welcome area of MOJO Skin.   MIAMAI sent the shushibrown Jeanie hair to sub-o members a few days ago.  The hair seems a bit displaced and messy, perfect for a sweaty knock out fight.  The pink Yoga outfits are from RezIpsa Loc are L$75 for a set of two pink outfits.  This is a limited time offer only (These were offered for the Lazy Sunday event and are still available).

We often get negative comments when beat up role play type skins are shown.  I am wearing the skin to portray the strong confident woman that I am.  This skin in no way is an abused skin, but a skin of a champion athlete… a warrior.

The Old Costa Rica

Last night my SO and I walked all over the Old Costa Rica sim and found lots of goodies to show you, but first off I must tell you all of these poses are from Diesel Works.  The naughty Desire pose is a free gift at Diesel Works, so be sure to pick it up.  I plan on taking a few more revealing pictures with this pose, but you guys can’t see them.

Back to Old Costa Rica… there are gifts in nearly every store so walk around and explore!  Here are some of the gifts we found.  At Shiki there is a black check dress for the ladies and a black plaid button shirt for men.

Chantkare also has gifts for men and women with the Khaki Romper and Linen Knit Sweater.

There’s a fun red Spring dress at Designing Nicky Ree and it matches perfectly with the snakeskin Catalan clutch from Indyra Originals.

BOOM has black hot pants and a censored board as a gift at the Old Costa Rica sim.  Glitz it up a bit with the Jade Beads jewelry set from RH Engel Jewelry.  The Fan hair is a gift from Orage Creations.

The white boa is a gift from Rebel Hope Designs and the gold corset and panties are in the gift at Ash Productions.

For the more glamorous events, the Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend dress is a gift from G SLOANE COUTURE at the Old Costa Rica sim.

An EMO-tional Holiday

This Saturday EMO-tions is saying thanks to friends, family, and customers.  There are many presents to celebrate.  The gifts include the Ricarda hair in deep black and flames, hair bow accessory, Glitter earrings, Cross earrings, barbwire collar, little dirty Xmas dress and boots, Rocket outfit, and Harmony dress and kilt for men.

The little dirty XMAS dress makes a sexy Ms. Claus outfit.  This ensemble includes boots, boa, and the dress.  I added the Glitter earrings for a glam look.

The black Rocket ripped skirt outfit looks great with the barbwire collar and cross earrings.

The Harmony kilt and cloak look absolutely yummy on men! To me this is a very gladiator look.  The Harmony outfit also includes the red and green dress for women.

The Heather hair and Sensual dress in white are the new releases for this week at EMO-tions.  The dress and hair are not free, but they are fabulous!

Got Skulls and Legging?

The Got Skulls? plaid leggings and green sweater is a group gift for Fabulously Free in SL members at Cilian’gel Boutique.

This black Cutie corset top was sent to the AndGod sub-o members a few days ago.  The Essential jeans aren’t free but are from GryphonWings.  GryphonWings closes at the end of the month and everything is discounted.  The long flexi Millan hair is a new release from Amacci.  Beautiful isn’t it?

Modavia

A few weeks ago Whisper showed us many of the goodies at Modavia.  Here’s some more gifts you can pick up.  There’s also a very sexy little black dress from B! Fashion.  The black logo Nodino boots are also a gift at the B! Fashion booth.  The silver bead necklace is a gift from Kunglers at Modavia.

The Desy jeans, belt, and top is from the Anuda booth.  I also picked up the Anuda Jeans Sabots shoes.  The Tour d’Argent jacket is a gift from MEB.  The Strawberry capri pants and pink tank top is another gift at MEB.  The black bead necklace is in the gift at the Gabriel booth.  This gift includes male and female resizeable necklaces.

The Lemon Chiffon dress from Shiki includes the short and a longer style.  The brown caramel Fiore heels are from the CheerNo booth.

The white lace Soleil bodice and skirt is a gift from the Indyra Originals booth at Modavia.

The bare feet are a profile pick reward at Mayden couture.  The feet are modifiable with the included hud so you can change the tone to match your skin.

The beautiful Lily skin in the Girlie pink makeup is a free gift at FabFree Headquarters from Exodi.  The skin comes in the cedar, cherry, dove, and elm tones.  Each skin tone includes a cleavage option and dark and light brows.

These Lazy Dayze

There is a Lazy Dayze Hunt going on at RFyre.  There are 9 blossoms hidden for the women and 6 for the men at L$10 each.  The blossoms contain the Mailed pieces which can be worn alone or together.  This hunt started Friday and ends today at midnight SL time, so head over there soon!

The Belle skin was sent to the Cupcakes group on the 16th.  The skin comes in the cameo, carnation, copper, lace, and tiramisu skin tones.  The Cupcakes group has a L$100 enrollment fee, but the group members are often showered with gifts!  The Lydia hair is the newest group gift for EMO-tions members.

Not too Shabby

Orquidea has the black Major Doll zebra print short set as the gift in the G4G hunt.  This outfit reminds me of a cigarette girl costume.  The soccer ball hidden in this store is fairly easy to find and if you have trouble, just have a seat!  Farah blogged the SCSole Gladiator Sandals from Shoe Fly Shoes a few days ago.  These heels are a group gift in store for Shoe Fly Shoes members.

Yesterday I blogged the Jogger outfits and told everyone about the gift card birds flying around Perdition.  Well I slapped the midnight mania board while I was there and won the flared denim mini skirt and Shabby top and shrug!

PixelDolls has outfits available for free!  The violet Lucie dress is a group gift in store and the Hibiscus print dress is a pick reward gift.

The Hoshi skins are a free gift at ai design studio.  I’m not sure how much longer these skins will be available, but hurry because they’ve been sitting in my inventory for quite some time now.  The lovely black curly hair reminds me of our Whisper so much!  This hair is in the lucky board at W&Y Hair.
