Mooncake Hunt @ Virtual Asia

“Every year on the fifteenth day of the eighth month of the lunar calendar, when the moon is at its maximum brightness for the entire year, the Chinese celebrate “zhong qiu jie.” Children are told the story of the moon fairy living in a crystal palace, who comes out to dance on the moon’s shadowed surface. The legend surrounding the “lady living in the moon” dates back to ancient times.”

At the Virtual Asia City, running until 15th October, you can take part in The Mooncake Hunt. Searching for these delicious cakes around the city by using the SLURLS and hints below you will find some really amazing items.

Legend of the Perfumed Cutlass – Part 2

Time is running out to solve the legend and claim the treasure of The Perfumed Cutlass! To get started sail to Tupol Island and buy the hunt HUD for a measly fee of 10L, and your journey will begin. Although beware, you won’t earn any rewards unless you make it to the end! There was a terrible storm and it took me life, but that won’t stop me from showing ye some more rewards from the hunt. In the picture above is the Island Adventure scene from {Co*Motion}. It includes 14 poses made up of 5 scenes.

On the island you will see the cannon from ChiC Buildings which also includes the cannon ball stack and single cannon ball.

Even the undead need to look good! You can get the Avast Shirt from .:Distorted Dreams:., the Mad Pirate tattoo from BRAT[Ink], and the Skull Shirt from *Just BECAUSE*

If we take a closer look…I am wearing the Dead Man’s Grin face tattoo from Fallen Gods Inc, a mouth dagger from BRAT[Ink], and the Keys to Plunder necklace from .:CoLLisions:.

This looks like a good place to haunt. You can get this Pirate Nest from United IrishCon which also includes a broken boat (not shown).

Fabulously Free are celebrating 5 years! We all know how time feels in SL. Days can seem like weeks, weeks like months and years like a life time so this is a huge achievement!

Its time for the TWISTED HUNT again! Running until 31st March, the evilest hunt as returned for its Spring edition and this time its theme is Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Raven”! Be prepared for some hard work in this hunt.. the designers are devious when it comes to hiding their little red and black spinning hunt boxes and there are tricks galore along the way including boxes that are decoys, boxes that will taunt you for finding the wrong one, moving boxes and even mazes! Be aware also that those who use the area search to find their items are going to be foiled as designers rename parts of their store so that you still have to search! Mwwahahahahaa!
