Happy Valentine’s Day!

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone  I hope you are all being spoiled and snuggled and loved today!  I logged on today and was just shocked at all of the designer gifts that came in through subscribomatics today, or information about special Valentine’s Day gifts via notices.   One could hop from shop to shop all afternoon just snagging these wonderful gifts. It is apparent that many of the SL designers love their VIPs today, that’s for sure!

In today’s post, I am wearing one of the two  Anniversary Gift mesh dresses that came through the ColdLogic Subscribo recently.  This is pink/cocoa however it is also available in white/black.  Along with this wonderful gift, is a notecard with information regarding a photo contest they are holding where the grand prize winner could win all of their new releases from February 28th, 2013 through February 1st, 2014. :O  Wouldn’t that be amazing?

The skin I am in today  features makeup hues of pink and mauve on a fair skin tone and is the latest group gift at Lara Hurley called Joelle.  The group is free to join, so go on over there and give this skin a try.  I especially love the oh so kissable lips!

You Can Have Your CaKe & Wear It Too @ Acid Lily

Yesterday I showed you one of the group gifts at Acid Lily this week made by CandyMetal, and mentioned that there is another gift as well. I am back today to show you the second gift, and a couple of featured items made by CaKe that I really liked!

I know at work when someone says there is free cake, everyone comes running, and I am willing to bet it’s the same here in SL!  *SCREAMS “FREE CAKE AT ACID LILY!”*

I <3 Fashion

Have you checked out the I <3 Fashion Boutique?  There are walls and walls of downright steals there from different designers across the grid priced from FREE to 100L.  They rotate their fashion offerings every month and even have a sweet group gift to pick up!  This month, the group gift is the Love Fashion Bag in grey shown in the photo.  The group is free to join.

The mesh winter coat I am wearing is by Ruca Tease and is not free, but a new release that is available in several colours and includes a pair of boots too! The satiny pink top I am wearing underneath is a free lucky board prize from Sn@tch.  The tops are called Ultra Lounge and they come in a fatpack of pastel colours.  They look fantastic under a jacket and are equally as wonderful on their own.  The necklace I have blogged before, but the Antique Pendant Key is still available for 1L at Fairy Tail and I love it, so I thought I’d mention it again

The owners of coldLogic are not only UBER talented in designing mesh clothing for Second Life, but they are also sweet too!  Yesterday they sent out a Spring Gift to their subscriber members that includes a free spring top in both red (shown below) and black (shown above) colours in several sizes. Butterfly Tears

Modish has a really unique new group gift out for it’s members that inspired me to go a little “peachy” in colour anyways) today… Or maybe it’s salmon…  At any rate, it’s a beautiful, spring colour.   The group gift skin features peach and pink teary eyes and matching dual colour juicy lipstick.  The beautiful side pony hair that includes the sweet butterfly at the part is a group gift I picked up at MONS Hair.  The group is 100L to join, but the hair was worth it .  My necklace and earrings are the Gold Crescent Moon Set from Gem Elegance which you can pick up at the Wash Cart Sale for just 10L.

My dress is not free, but it went so perfectly with the other items, I thought you might want to see it too!  This is one of coldLogic’s new releases called Carey in the salmon colour.  It is a mesh product and is very well made!  I am a huge fan of coldLogic and their creations.  It took me a long time to jump on the mesh bandwagon, and coldLogic is what finally convinced me…  Mesh is a good thing!
