Yeah… It’s Monday and there isn’t a whole lot that can fix a Monday, but I think this group gift might be able to sweeten it up just a little! Serena showed the group gift at Chandelle last week (HERE), and she mentioned that it was the free to join group gift and that there was a paid group as well with another gift. In this post, I am going to show you the group gift for the VIP group that you pay 100L for.

I have been a member of this group for months and months, and I have been pleased with each gift that comes out – usually in a whole fatpack, like the mesh Alex Dress, which is the current gift that comes in 8 colours.

Casual Friday at the Cherry Cafe

Thank goodness it’s the weekend! RL work has been kicking my fanny, and I’m so happy to get out in the fresh air. I decided to take my bicycle for a spin and found this cute cafe at Bay City… perfect place to relax with a cup of tea and a good book.

I’m wearing a mesh shorts and shirt combo, which is a group gift at CHANDELLE. Now, there are two different VIP groups at CHANDELLE: a free group and a not free group. This gift is for the free group. The shirt comes in white and black, and the shorts come in black, blue, pink, sea (like a seafoam green), and purple, which I’m wearing. I should tell you that these items aren’t exactly made to fit standard sizing. I normally wear a size XS, but here I’m wearing M. But… they’re free, so give ‘em a try, and see if there’s a size for you. My mesh ankle boots are a group gift from *COCO* (free to join). I decided to add a pair of socks from Maitreya, but the boots themselves do not come with socks.

I am so loving the new applier HUD nails for Slink Avatar Enhanced Hands! My RL nails are super short and unpolished, but I never have to leave my SL home without a perfect mani/pedi. These gorgeous nails are the new group gift from Izzie’s (250L to join). There are 10 different designs in the HUD, and appliers for both fingers and toes. My Analog Dog hair is not free, but is featured until May 12th at Genre for 100L. I ♥ the casual, yet sexy, Princess Leia buns. Love has shown you this Gold Heart Key necklace before, but I couldn’t resist wearing it myself. It comes in 3 different lengths, and is currently featured as a group gift at Energy Club (free to join). My little Pearl Daisies earrings are one of 3 pairs in a recent group gift from Gossamer Jewellery (I showed a different style here). You’ll find them in the group notices… still there as of tonight, but don’t dawdle, as they won’t be there much longer!

My Dressing Room in the Sky

It’s true: I use an entire skybox as a closet. My inventory is seriously out of control, so I’ve had to start storing my clothing stash in the sky. But I just can’t help myself when there are hunt prizes as wonderful as this one! My gorgeous mesh dress is The Runway Perfect Hunt prize from Prism. All prizes in this hunt are 5L, and you have until May 31st to pick them up. Love told you a bit about this hunt a few days ago. You’ll be looking for a black and gray rectangle that looks something like a tiny runway.

I was so excited to open my group notices from [Mock] Cosmetics and find these pretty Pink Glitter nail appliers for Slink Avatar Enhanced Hands. It’s great to see so many designers getting on the appliers bandwagon. My lemony-yellow butterfly jewelry is the current group gift from Virtual Impressions (free to join).

This amazing dressing area and vanity table are The Runway Perfect Hunt prize from ::WetCat:: (click to enlarge the photo). That’s right, the whole thing! Each item (dressing area, chair) comes with a variety of fun poses. In fact, all the poses in this post are from the ::WetCat:: pose props. I think I’ll just sit here for a while and admire my pretty closet.

Today, I’m playing it casual in some basics I found as free group gifts! Delirium Style has a new group gift out for the ladies that is called Diamons. it includes all kinds of goodies like this great pair of mesh belted boot cut jeans that are worn and torn in all the right places, the white tank top I am wearing as well as a cropped black tank. Both shirts come with Lola Tango Appliers as well. Also in the pack was a bunch of extras such as a tattoo, face piercings, eyeliner makeup tattoos and a pair of panties. This group is 99L to join.

I stopped in at Sn@tch last night and noticed there was some new prizes in the lucky boards! I was lucky enough to have my letter come up on the Early Flower Outfit that includes the Early Flower Sweater in a fatpack of six colours, and the black Velvet Skirt. I also won the Black Dahlia Set that has some useful accessories in it such as the black scarf I am wearing in the photos, as well as a choker, arm warmers and a belt. There are 8 lucky boards up, and a free fishing outfit as well as riot vendors, and a lucky dip. I’m sure you’ll find something you’ll like there!

The skin I am in today is the Anxiety group gift I mentioned in yesterday’s post. It is similar to the 10L skin that is set out, however the eyes are decorated a little differently. This skin is called Candy Bitch Group Gift and you can snag this with your free group tag activation. There is also a set of Lola Appliers out as a free group gift, which I am not displaying today because… I have this lovely long mesh hair on that can be found at RedMint as a free wearable colour demo in ALL SHADES!

Well, that’s just fine.. gives me more time to shop, and more time to tell you about what I picked up! YAY Today I picked up the latest VIP group gift at Chandelle that includes a full fatpack of this fantastic mesh dress! The group is 100L to join, but the fatpack is valued at WAY over that and there are always generous gifts to be taken advantage of. There is also a free Chandelle group to join which offers another gift (not shown here, but very nice too). The treats don’t stop with the inworld groups either, you can also snag a couple of dollarbies on the main reception desk.
The Black Cross Jewelry Set I am wearing can be found in the {RoA} Markplace store for 10L in both a studded and unstudded version. I also picked up this fun mobile phone with a pack of static poses in the Label Motion Marketplace store for 1L. I am using the red phone, but it also comes in blue.

The oh so sad skin I am in today is the latest group gift at PXL Creations called Sophia PA Decadence VIP Gift. The group is 250L to join, which gains you access to group gift offerings and specials in store.

It’s ringing… Do I answer it? Nah – I’ll let him sweat for a while! :D

Yesterday I showed you one of the group gifts at Acid Lily this week made by CandyMetal, and mentioned that there is another gift as well. I am back today to show you the second gift, and a couple of featured items made by CaKe that I really liked!

I know at work when someone says there is free cake, everyone comes running, and I am willing to bet it’s the same here in SL! *SCREAMS “FREE CAKE AT ACID LILY!”*

Finding Sun In The Acid Lily Garden

I needed a little break from the cold and snow and ice and “general winter yuck”, so I headed over to the beautiful little garden over at the new Acid Lily location for some sunshine. Of course while I was there, I put together an outfit.. because that’s what I do! lol…

Acid Lily has a couple of cute group gifts this week for their inworld group members (free to join). One of them is the red F*ck You top made by CandyMetal. It comes with the big boobie appliers, but I don’t have those, so you’ll just have to use your imaginations. Oh my goodness, only a few days left before Christmas – I guess I had better do the whole traditiony thing and get my tree up! Ploom has this great Traditions Tree & Chair Set Pose that includes the holdable star for 40L for yesterday’s advent pose (Dec. 18th).
