The Summer Tide

Hey Fabulouses! It’s a long weekend here in Canada this weekend, and I slipped away for a couple of days, but I’m back just in time to show you the latest group gift from Auxiliary! When you join the Auxiliary inworld group (1000L to join), you gain access to the latest group gift, which is the mesh Summer Tide Top. I love a beachy boho look, so this top was right up my alley! I know, I know… the 1000L join fee seems excessive compared to standard free to join or small fee groups, but they are very generous with their offerings and I feel I have more then received 1000L worth of gorgeous gifts.

As you can see from the photo below, this top is backless with a halter tie at the neck.

The KOSH Multiplex Bracelet I am wearing is texture change, available in male & female sizes and is just 1L on marketplace.

Whew – thank goodness I have one more day off of work to relax and try to recover from my weekend away! Can you think of a better way to do that than a beer at the beach?

Hollywood in Pink!

I just can’t get enough of the swag bag gifts and exclusives at .the event. HOLLYWOOD! There are so many awesome things to find there, free and not free that my head is spinning!

Shown above is the Vanity Top in pink which is the free swag bag gift from 1 Hundred. This mesh design looks adorable with a pair of jeans, or a mini skirt. I chose to wear it with the Auxiliary Skinny Jeans I picked up for free over the weekend during the egg hunt. They are no longer available ;/ but… the Pink Fuel Alena Vanilla Fresh Easter Hunt Skin is still hidden in an egg for 5L. It was set to end on Sunday, but still out as of Wednesday morning – act fast if you’d like it!

Below I am wearing 1 Hundred‘s .the event. HOLLYWOOD exclusive feature. The Ginger Satin Dress is available in a wide range of colours for just 200L. This dress is simply amazing with all of the satin creased and gathered in all of the sexy places it naturally would. The pink just happens to match perfectly with the N-Core swag bag gift of Coquette Pale Pink Zebra Heels!

What’s With All The Sparkles Love?

I can hardly believe it, but the numbers don’t lie! This is my 1000th post for Fabulously Free in SL! Before I start my whole spiel about the outfit that I am wearing.. which contains a couple of sweet group gifts, I just wanted to say that it has been my great pleasure to have had the honour to write these 1000 posts on Fabulously Free in SL, involving myself with some of the kindest people in Second Life. These wonderful people include my creative co-bloggers, generous designers, hunt organizers, FabFree inworld group moderators, and YOU, our supportive-super-awesome readers! THANK YOU!

Ok, ok… Onto the goods! The cute clover coloured Doll Dress that I am wearing is the latest group gift at Auxiliary. This is a mesh design and has an adorable all over bird print and a ribbon bow. The group is 1100L to join, but if you have been following this blog, you will see how generous the group has been with it’s gifts. The Be My Prince gold necklace is the latest group gift at Sweet Leonard which is 70L to join.

The skin I am in, which is Al Vulo’s Arya Amethyst in a milk skin tone is not free, but it is just 70L this round at The Dressing Room Fusion and includes the skin with blonde and dark eyebrows as well as cleavage options, Tango appliers, and the eyes I am wearing as well. Sweet deal if you ask me!

I Have Jumpsuit Fever

I should never check my SL messages before I go to work… because… this morning when I logged on, I saw this boho hippy cute mesh jumpsuit in the Ombre shade was the latest group gift at Auxiliary. I thought about it all day as a matter of fact, wishing I could sneak home for just one little blog post. Which of course didn’t happen, but it was the first order of business when I got home! I really did feel like I had jumpsuit fever…. The group is 1100L to join now. I am very thankful to have joined when the group was free, but with the wonderful high quality gifts they give out on a regular basis, you won’t be disappointed to pay the fee now if you are not in the group already.

Casual Thursday

I think I might be a day early for “Casual Friday”, but there is nothing wrong with a little eagerness right? One of my favourite things to find in SL is a great pair of jeans, because they go with so many things! Auxiliary sent out these mesh Luna Jeans in the shade of smoke to their group members the other day. You can find this gift by joining, and checking the notices. The group is currently free to join, but I have a feeling there will be a fee soon, so join now and avoid the fee!

I picked up the mesh Fleece Zip Hoodie as a group gift at Foppish, a brand new store in SL. The inworld group is free to join. I also am wearing Jane’s Intrinsic Tank in Charcoal which is a free at Jane’s in the entire fatpack of colours.

Returning Home To Group Gifts!

Hello Fabulouses! I am back from my summer vacation and have had a lovely week reading in the sand. It must have been perfect timing to return just now because there are a ton of fantastic group gifts that have just been placed out such as the mesh Chiffon Mini:Rainbow (skirt) at Paper.Doll. The group is 200L to join and they have really cute monthly gifts. The Intrinsic Tank I have matched it up with has been blogged a billion times.. It’s from Jane and it is free in a HUGE fatpack of colours instore. A must have SL staple for every woman in SL!

The mesh Oversized Leather Tote I have swung over my shoulder is the latest group gift at AURA. The group is currently 1100L to join and they do have a ton of group gifts on the wall… I have some news you may be interested in hearing if you are an AURA fan! AURA and Illusory are merging under one name called Auxiliary soon. The Auxiliary VIP group is currently free to join, but with both groups having fees previously I can imagine it won’t stay this way forever. Join the group now – to avoid the future fee!!

Filthy Skin (199L to join) has placed out their August group gift skins for men and women. I am wearing the women’s skin in the cream skin tone with the cleavage option, however it does come in four skin tones with cleavage or no cleavage options and also a shape (not worn).

Check out these awesome eyes from IKON! This is the weekend (Friday @ 8pm slt – Sunday @ 8pm slt) that IKON group members (free to join) can pick up their monthly group gift. Ikon was extra generous this month and placed out two gifts, a pair of Horizon V2 eyes in Dark Turquoise (shown above), and a pair of Sunrise Eyes in Bleached Gold (new release / shown below).
