Mocking Disco

Sassy! is participating in the Color Exposion Hunt, and their hunt prize is the vibrantly coloured mesh Disco Dress shown.  This hunt runs until the end of May and all of the prizes are free.  The icon you are looking for is a brightly coloured paint splatter.  You can find more information about this hunt at their official blog.

The skin I am in today is a free group gift from MOCK Cosmetics which you can find in past notices.  This one is called Asteria and comes with several bells and whistles like moles, eyelashes, appliers and more.  The group is 250L to join, but the group is always LOADED with generous gifts.   I am also wearing a free wearable lipstick demo that I found in store called Venom Red Lucir which gave the pale lips a bit of tint and shine.

The Spring Is Near Hunt Is A Real Hoot!

The Spring is Near Simwide hunt that is being held at Acid Lily Is still running, and will run until April 9th which gives you plenty of time for hunting!  The Adorable Owl Dress that I am wearing is a gift hidden in a lady bug icon, priced at 5L.  This mesh design is made by LavandaChic and comes in several sizes with an alpha layer.

Another prize I am displaying is the MishMish Shrubbies Plushie (5L) that comes with an animated pose / no pose option.  I have no idea what a Shrubbies is, but it’s awfully cute!

I have news of a fun little hunt you might want to check out!  Acid Lily is putting on the Spring is Near Hunt, where you can find 11 hidden lady bugs across the sim.  Each prize is 5L and you can find hints and a complete prize preview on their blog.  This hunt runs until April 9th, so there is plenty of time

Delirium Style put out a new group gift for men and women both at the beginning of the month and if you are a wearer of mesh, this gift for the ladies is a must have!  This month us girls can pick up the Female Metalic Jeans in a fatpack of colours.  I am wearing the black, but you will also get gold, green, pink, purple and teal as well.  The group is 99L to join, and trust me.. worth every little penny!

This week at Acid Lily, you can find featured in the 1 Hundred display, this very sweet mesh Lacy Tank in pink, white, black and red for 65L per colour.    I love the way the straps cross in the back and the sheerness of the texture!

Smiling In The Mirror

I can’t wait for summer days with short shorts and breezy blouses.  It has been a long RL winter, but it doesn’t have to be in SL.  In fact… it’s whatever season you want it to be here, so summer it is for me today!

The mesh floral blouse, called Meadow Spring Top, available in both brown and green is the March group gift at Mirror’s Enigma.  In order to join the inworld group, you must make a purchase within the store and then you are sent an auto invite.  Of course you will need the perfect denim shorts to go with this great top, so head on over to Acid Lily and pick up the CaKe Denim Floral Shorts that they have featured this week for just 70L.

Drip Dropping All Over My Ipad!

I must be looking forward to spring, because that’s two days in a row I am doing pictures in the rain! My look today is a bit of a mix of some Fashion Gallery finds as well as some freebies, in fact.. I think the only thing I paid more than 70L for was my hair, but Edith is worth every penny!

The inspiration for this outfit was definitely a trip to Acid Lily to check out this round of goodies, where I found the mesh .:SS:.  Womens Vest & Belly Ts priced at just 65L in several solid and printed variations.  I also snagged these way too cool low heeled, laced up Amsterdam Mesh Boots in the shade of midnight made by Moyaz at Acid Lily for 70L.

A skip and a jump on over to The Dressing Room Fusion is where you’ll find the Essences Thursday Chic skin, available in three skin tones, priced at just 70L per skin tone.  It includes three brow colours and also some make up blush tattoos.

These Destroyed Light Jeans can be found on the SD Cart at The Wash Cart Sale for one more week, priced at 10L.

After I had all these great things put together, I could see I was in need of some accessories!  I checked out the Kosh marketplace store and they have a free Ribbon Necklace that is texture change, and unisex, so I picked that up, and then TPed on over to Icon where FabFree reader Whimsy S. mentioned that they had some super cute Ipads for free!  These are available without a group join or subscribo, just buy for 0L
