Oh how I love LIV-Glam, Let me count the 17 ways!  My jaw nearly dropped to the floor when I saw their recent subscribomatic offer, and I’m about to tell you all about it, so make sure you are safely seated and brace yourself!

When you join the LIV-Glam subscribomatic (which is free!) you will be sent the 17 piece Freda Collection in their HUD system.  You wear the HUD, and click on the items you’d like to wear.  Delete them after you take them off and just keep the HUD in your inventory.  This system they are using is fantastic on my ever growing, overflowing inventory because it takes 1 spot!  I have put together 10 outfits with the pieces included to show you just how versatile this mix and match gift is!

Ombre my hombre!

“Drea, aren’t you colorful” was pretty much what I heard when I slid into this colorful orange, pink, and yellow She Did That Ombre fit from Lush by Coco, and ladies there is not a thing wrong with being colorful. We’re in May, and summer is just around the corner! So it’s time to shine just as bright as the sun, and let the colors splash onto the scene. All of your are fashionistas, and deserve to break necks the minute you walk into a room. This outfit right here makes a bold statement, from the mix of its colors down to the cuffs, while enhancing your curves!

To top off the look, I snagged this beautiful Joi Remy Essentials hair style from Iconic, which is available as a group gift. I love the wild curls and if you touch the headband, you can change the designs. If you’re a curly hair diva, or wanting to try a new look, make your way on over to Iconic now! The attention to detail, hair highlights, and movement is amazing. The group is 300L to join, but its well worth the investment for the quality and styling of hair that is available at this store!

The Tres Beau Belled Set is a swag bag item from The Event,Hollywood…hopefully you had a chance to visit that sim during the event. Also, unfortunately the shoes I am wearing are from a store that is no longer opened. I have hunted marketplace and the grid looking, and I’ve had no such luck.

Happy Friday Fabulouses!  I have a few group gifts to share with you today, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Friday GuyDay: Fields of Green and Gold

With all the new ladies here at FabFree, I thought maybe we could use an infusion of testosterone. So I made an “executive decision” and declared Friday to be GuyDay. It’s still Friday where I am, so I can just squeak this one in under the wire.

My outfit today is made up of a variety of freebies, group gifts, and one very good deal. First, the good deal, which is this mesh sweater and t-shirt by Kauna that Serena picked up for me at this month’s Collabor88. For 288L, you get 5 different colored cardigans, with 5 different colors of t-shirts. You can mix and match the sweaters and t-shirts, or even wear the t-shirts without the cardigan, if you choose. So that’s… what… about 29L per item? Not free, but not a bad deal, either. All items come in standard mesh sizing. You can’t have too many t-shirts and sweaters, can you?

Now, the freebies: these mesh jeans are the current group gift from [meshTheory]. The group is 150L to join, but there are quite a few gifts for both men and women out, and a new gift is available each month. My hat/hair is this month’s group gift from SF Design (100L to join). Both the hat and the hair are color change (and resizeable), so there’s sure to be something for everyone. Could It Really Be Spring?

I have news of a fun little hunt you might want to check out!  Acid Lily is putting on the Spring is Near Hunt, where you can find 11 hidden lady bugs across the sim.  Each prize is 5L and you can find hints and a complete prize preview on their blog.  This hunt runs until April 9th, so there is plenty of time

Oh Maai, This Is A Great Lucky Chair!

Happy Friday Fabulouses!  My feet are killing me from all of this lucky board stalking!!  Don’t mind me if I slip off my shoes and just go barefoot

Fab Free’s own, Blondie Scheflo sent me an IM last week to let me know about the freshly loaded lucky chair at the newly decorated Maai store.  There are several fantastic creations to be won including this mesh Grace Dress in Violet that is a one piece day suit.  The chair is set to a ten minute time over, and it is filled with formal and non-formal wear.  No need to join the group, although I recommend it just to keep on top of things with this great shop!

I’m a Fashion Whore

I’m baaaaacccckkkkk! (Waves feverishly at everyone) I know its been a while since my last post, please forgive me. The urge to start posting again has been running across my mind and the Whore Couture Fairbrought the inner fashion whore out of me.  *Swoons at my inventory full of delicious goodies*  The designers at this fair DELIVERED, there were so many items just giving me LIFE! This is probably the most times I have ever heard the cash register sound, back to back to back. I was going HAM! So in between all that paying and buying I did uncover some freebies, to go along with the not so free items… all of which is worth it though. The image of above is a prime example, I’m wearing the Pure Poison Studded body suit with free boots that come with the free Delirium Style Medusa Outfit below.
The  Delirium Style Medusa gift comes with the sweater, panties, tie, stockings, boots, bracelets, and facial piercing. It has a dark edge to it that means trouble, and with the panties being that low, we know what kind of trouble that is.

Now to the opposite end of the style spectrum from Delirium to these girly girl [TaraShoes] Empire Charlotte green pumps! As I was approaching [TaraShoes]‘s store, I heard the good and bad angels on my shoulders debating. Telling me not to go into the shoe store… and then like a beacon of light, I seen the word “gift”.  I snagged these shoes, and paired them with this sensual Siren Faddism dress.

Of course these are not the only items I picked up from the fair, there are so much more, but I wanted to hop on here and share some of the looks with all of you. Just a quick tip, if you haven’t visited the fair, I recommend wearing a full body alpha and no attachments or huds. The free Whore Couture group has a full body alpha layer in their notices, just in case you do not have one. I also recommend you cam around, you can do so by holding down the “Alt” button and using your mouse to zoom in to items and navigate without actually moving. There are a lot of store and people are flocking, so there is some lag, but hopefully these tips help. Trust me the items at this two sim fair is worth battling the lag. Additionally the landmark I have set for the Whore Couture Fair will land you in or near the Delirium Style store.

Living Glam for 55L!

This week, until Friday for only 55L, you can snag the ultra vibrant mesh Liv Glam Collection Joey Outfit that includes the denim shorts, blue blouse and green blazer.  There are actually several outfits available for 55L, that are definitely worth a peek!  While you are down at Liv Glam, make sure you check out their newly released boots!  There are two styles that are brand new in store this weekend.  I am wearing the [Stella] Denimore Boots.

I am SO  in <3 with these Sheer Stockings with an adorable bird print that I picked up as a free group gift at Umeboshi.  The group is free to join, and there is two pairs of sheer tights in the pack.  One in the bird print shown, and the other with hearts – which I will be wearing soon!  YAY.

I am also wearing the Vintage Dream Ring in Boroque and the Big Bubble Bracelet that are both group gifts at Sweet Leonard.  The Big Bubble Bracelet comes in a pack of three metals, and the bubble is texture change to match virtually any outfit you have on!  The group is 70L to join, with tons of gifts available.

Living Glamorously in Fuschia and Rose

Happy Saturday, Fabulouses – or what’s left of it anyway! I’m out of town on vacation this weekend, but wanted to pop in and share with you this cute outfit that I picked up on sale at {Liv-Glam} last week. It’s the Farhi Linen Outfit in fuschia, and includes the mesh jacket and shorts, and sheer blouse underneath. I’ll admit that it’s not free – it was on sale for 55L Thursday – but since I love purple so much, I just couldn’t resist showing it to you. You’ll find the 55L Thursday sale items allll the way in the back of the store. The same outfit in lime is also on sale for 49L for Secret Wednesday, so if you like green better, you can score that deal too!

Isn’t this skin pretty? I thought so too! I love the soft, lavender eye shadow. It’s a wearable demo of DeeTaleZ‘s new line of Brilliance Skins, this one called Gogo Rose. You can pick it up for 1L by joining the free DeeTaleZ Skins in-world group. You’ll find the skin in the notices, and you can also pick it up in the store.
