Myria Boa dropped me off a notecard about Nasluck’s location in world at the Token sim. There are many freebies to be had, mostly for women and cartoon avatars but there is a doorman costume for men. The area is build in a circle and in front of each building is a sign of an avatar, click on the sign and you get that outfit. Each outfit comes with shoes and a pose as well. There are 10 signs in the inner ring and 10 sings in the outer ring.

There is a small outdoor area on MoonCat called Furry Japan. There is a free dragon avatar and 2 pairs of free cat paws located here. The boxes are to the left when facing the Furry Japan sign and they are on the ground.

Furries, I finally have something worth showing you thanks to a tip from an anonymous source. Wingless Emoto is a furry designer that is giving out every furry avatar that they have ever created to FAD: Furs Against DSC group. This collection has both male and female options for 18 wolf avatars, 12 hyena avatars, 17 fox avatars, 5 reindeer avatars, and 15 horse avatars. Do a search in groups for the group called FAD: Furs Against DSC. (When I do a group search I use the phrase fad and it is the 3rd choice). Join this group. It is free to join. Go to the Notices. Sort the Notices by date. Go to the one dated 1/23/2008 with the subject Avatars built and textured by Wingless Emoto. Click Open Attachment. You are now the proud owner of box that contains the free furry avatars designed by Wingless Emoto. Find a place that allow build. Unpack your box. This item is only going to be available as long as it is in the notice archives. So hurry!

Update:  I contacted Wingless Emoto and was given the avatar collection to offer at the FabFree HQ located at Talisman(230,192,24).  You can now get these items there.

IAL(I Am Legend) Orientation Island has many freebies that are a bit different from the mainstream. When you first arrive you want to follow the green arrows to the west. If you plan on playing the game then I suggest stopping at each station and reading. If you do not, just move along the path to the freebies.

First you can get your general avatar. There are 4 vendors giving you a choice between male or female and dark skinned or light skinned. Each avatar comes with system hair, skin, shape, eyes, t-shirt, jacket, pants, and shoes. Leave this station following the green arrows.

The green arrows will turn to red arrows. Follow the red arrows to an area call Class Selection. Here you can become one of the infected, either a dog or a darkseeker, or an uninfected, a dog or a human with the military, CDC lab, biohazard unit or a casual passerby. The darkseeker looks like a fantastic Halloween costume for those going to any horror themed parties. Many of the clothing items appear to be designed by Homicide Designs and Canimal.

If you wish to try you hands at the game, just follow the red arrows from there to the HUD station and beyond. Before starting, I suggest that you play with the game tutorials so that you don’t have to figure something out on the fly while trying not to die. Have a good time.
