Fanatic About Fanatik

I bet.. that once you try these group gifts at Fanatik, you’ll be fanatic too!  I am on location at The Captain’s Cup, which is described as a friendly little coffee house on the edge of the Linden Sea, to sight see and display for you the three group gifts that are currently set out at Fanatik.

I arrived in good style wearing the mesh Fanatik Tweed dress with belt in Dove and accessorized it with a Things I Like Red & Black Bag that I found on marketplace for 1L.  I chilled out, had a glass of wine, picked out a sweet from the bakery and enjoyed the warm atmosphere.

Like a good fashion model does… I had another outfit on standby.  I couldn’t wear the same outfit for more than half an hour could I?  Noooo.. lol

I put on the Leopard Pumps with Spikes (includes a hud to change the spikes from silver or gold) and the Leather Rose Gold Pencil Skirt which I am in LOOOOVE with (both being Fanatik group gifts), along with my Sassy! Intregue Blouse.  This blouse is not free, but I have this one in a fatpack of colours and tend to wear them often  I decided that this outfit was perfect for a nice stroll along the pier.

The group is currently free to join, but I am not sure if it is always free, so now is the time!

I think I’ll be making a hangout out of the Captain’s Cup Coffee House.  If you have a little while to spare, head down there and check it out for yourself – maybe I’ll see you there!

ps.  Neither of these outfits were appropriate for ice hockey.  *notes to herself to bring three outfits next time, and to find a handome man to carry them all too!*

Ma Vie en Teal

Taxi! TAXI!!

Why is it so hard to get a cab in this town? I thought if I showed a little leg using this sexy pose by Ma Vie I’d get a cab right away for sure.

No such luck… looks like I’ll be “hoofing it” to the party. Oh well, at least I’ll look good doing it. This stunning, teal cocktail dress is one of this month’s group gifts from Hudson’s Clothing Co. (free to join). The textures in this dress are really amazing, and the skirt and bow come with a resizer script. I’ve added a pair of black Classic Satin Stilettos by Abi’s ~ Affordable Living, which I found on the Marketplace for only 10L. My Gothic Lace Hand Bag – which I’ve shown before, but I love it! – is by ::Duh!::, and is texture-changing, with 3 different metals and 5 colors. Not a bad deal for 25L!

Another gift for Hudson’s group members this month is this lovely Black Moonstone necklace and earrings. As with the dress, the textures are really very detailed, and both the earrings and necklace come with a resizer script. And as I mentioned before, my fun, sexy poses are by Ma Vie; the Revealed set of 10 poses is available today for 60L as part of Lazy Sunday.

Licorice Innuendos

There is one particular flavour I always head first for, and while it is pretty uncommon in hard candies, it is my favourite…  Black licorice – YUM!  There is a dollarbie skin sitting out at My Ugly Dorothy with black dripping from the lips that had me MAJOR craving the sweet black treats.  I added a smoky cat black eyeshadow  made by L.Fauna to this skin to complete my look.  There are actually 6 dollarbie skins at My Ugly Dorothy and a free group gift, so if you are needing a new skin – make sure you check it out!

I never did find a black licorice lollipop, but I did find some free modifiable lollis on marketplace and made my own by editing the colour!  Problem solved  I spent a long time standing around in this skin with my black lollipop wondering what to wear with a unique skin like this, and then it came to me – little black dress.  Innuendo‘s newly released Arlene Dress was just what I needed (not free)!

I accessorized it with the ^^Swallow^^ Lion Earrings that are an instore freebie and the Resin Chain Necklace (colour changeable), made by Miam Miam Jewelry that Xiu helped me find on marketplace for just 10L.
