Curious as to why put L$400 enrollment fee in the story but

I personally think it should be written like this.

I put Group/Fee – L$0 because there is a fee (I always state how much the fee is in the actual post). The gift is free for group members though. Some groups that have fees charge a small amount for the VIP gifts such as L$1 – L$10. I do not want the readers to be confused thinking there is an additional L$400 for the gift, ehwn infact it is free for group members.
So to clarify, when there is an enrollment fee I put Group/Fee – L$0 (or how much the gift cost), when the group is free to join I simply put Group – L$0 (or how much the gift cost). The L$0 amount changes depending on the cost of the gift.
